My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!
James Callender met us and guided us through the process of selecting a Forester. Then, he kept us posted as the car we specially ordered was prepared and shipped to Ganley. When the day of delivery came, James and Jim in finance efficiently processed our purchase, and I was off...very excited to have my comfy Subaru! Purchasing a new car is stressful to me; however, VanDevere made the experience pleasant and took some of the stress away. I found Rita Furino, Bob Berger and Joe Caspary very helpful, honest and friendly. The facility was welcoming and it had a wonderful area to discuss the car, wait for needed paperwork and make the necessary business arrangements that I needed.
