Out of all the car purchases i made by far, this was tbe easiest and fastest time i was able to get in and out of the dealership within an HOUR, thanks to Mostapha farris who made this transaction very smooth, i told him what i was looking for over the phone and explained to him that i was on a tight budget, he was able to get me the vehicle i wanted at the exact price i wanted, also the finance manager brian was very helpful and explained to me my purchase options. Overall, i recommend mostapha to any customer looking for a new or preowned vehicle, thank you mostapha and also thanks to suburban imports of farmington hills.
Josh was amazing. He was able to put me into the 2019 Nissan Altima 2.5SL Platinum for a price another dealer was selling me a 2019 Altima SR. I would definitely recommend Josh and Suburban for anyone who is in the market.

I purchased My 2018 Mazda Touring CX-5 FWD from Suburban Mazda. the Sales Person, Sonya Y. Harris, is very knowledgeable and helpful. The same can be said for the Finance Service Manager Matthew Moore. I was never pressured. All my options were explained to me thoroughly. I fell in love with the vehicle. This is My second purchase from Suburban. I highly recommend them because of the excellent customer service. I feel like I'm having an experience at this dealership that feels just as exciting as the Apple store or Best Buy. Very welcoming high tech environment with plenty team members to wait on you.
Wow brian is the best . So honest so respectful. I would recommend him to anyone looking for the best. He knows his stuff. Total trust in the process and him and the dealership. I send my whole family to him.
This is the second vehicle we have purchased from Suburban Nissan. In both cases we traded in our vehicles and were given fair trade in values. The whole process from start to finish we were treated wonderfully. Our salesperson Josh Bianco was very helpful and listened carefully to my requests and provided me with exactly what I was looking for. You can???t ask for more than that. He kept the ball rolling all the way through the process and when it came time to finalize the deal the finance manager was great and had everything well organized so it only took a very short amount of time and I was on my way with my new car. Chris, the service rep who helped me went above and beyond anything I could have expected in orderfor me, a traveler from out of state to be able to continue my trip. My car was in need of a part he couldn't get right away and I needed it asap, he managed and he managed to get my car fixed ahead of his estimated schedule. The who experience made me wish they were my local Nissan Dealer. If I lived in the area they would be the dealer I'd go to every time I needed anything.
Everything was great! Everyone was super nice and very communicative (worked with Brad and Kevin) - very quick to answer any questions I had. I felt like the whole process was just so easy, and I never felt taken advantage of or felt like I was being talked into anything I didn't want to do.-
After bouncing around to several car dealers we almost didn't go to Fox. We were so disappointed with how we were treated at the other stores we just wanted to go home and shower. We drove through the Fox parking lot and had trouble finding an open spot so we parked on the side street on Aprill Dr. We started to walk the used car section when we were greeted by Jay who turned out to be the manager. We were actually kind of short with him because we assumed he was like the others. Boy were we wrong. Within a few minutes he had us telling him about the horrible day we had and actually got us laughing. He told us about a used Honda that he thought would be perfect. After looking at and driving the car, he showed us the service records, Carfax report and some comparison prices to other Honda's so we could see the deal we were getting. He was more then fair with the price but to put us at ease, he offered to shoot baskets with us for an extra discount. They have a basketball Arcade game in the showroom that was a blast and my daughter, who the car was for, took him for another $500 off the price of the car. I am pretty sure he let her win but she had fun. We bought it on the spot. Our only regret was not going to Fox first but it will be our only place we will go from now on. Great job by Jay and the Fox store in Ann Arbor. Its nice to know Good people do exist at car dealerships.
