Overall Nissan Altima's have the best value!

I love my Nissan Altima. Handling is great. Great steering and and overall a great car. It has great pick up so I can manuverate quickly and percisely. The cost was better than any other of it's size.

Too many kinks

Front seats are not durable. My seats are loose and tearing. Carpet is cheap and no good. Floor mats are poor quality. Windshield wipers fluid won't come out. Overall satisfied but Nissan got improve the quality inside the car. Finally my seat belt sensor gone out. Almost through paying for car and my next car is truck

My third Altima

I have owned four Nissans, 1 Maxima & 3 Altimas. I currently average 33 mpg which is impressive. My current 2019 Altima is a Four Cylinder, which one would not know without asking, as the pick up speed is unbelievable. I have never experienced any major problems. Very reliable car. Highly Recommend.

I love Nissan Cars!

I traded in my 2012 Nissan Altima and it didn’t give me any major problems in the 9yrs I’ve owned it. I recently upgraded to a 2019 Altima, same model. So far, so good.

Don’t waste your money! You will be heartbroken a.

This is a piece of crap. Perhaps I have a lemon but whatever the case there’s just no end to the minor irritations and of course the bigger issues that after only almost 2 years of ownership and only 23,000 miles culminated in this high-end pile of plastic to just simply stop turning on! DONT let Nissan fool you, they are trying to recoup their losses from their CEO embezzling millions of dollars and they are charging YOU! It’s sad because they used to be awesome...then they upped their prices, sold crappier products and couldn’t care less about their customers By the way, this is our family’s 10th Nissan in 20 years (and definitely last) not including at least 8 or so friends who bought on my recommendation so it’s especially important for me to help others not make the mistake of buying one! .

2019 Altima Exceeds Expectations!

I purchased a used 2019 Altima SL that was a corporate lease vehicle with just 4,000 miles on it. Virtually new. This is my fourth Altima. The car offers so much. The white pearl tricoat exterior paint is absolutely stunning. The black leather interior feels and looks rich. After picking up the car, I spent a couple hours reviewing information and videos about the technology and safety options on the car. Incredible technology package. Geico must think so too - they lowered my insurance by $160/year when I took my 2015 Altima off and added this one. My one caveat for potential buyers would be that the car is not a sports car. It is a family sedan. I’m happy not being able to spin circles in the parking lot, but if you are looking for speed and power then this is not your car.

My first all wheel drive sedan

I now have 20,000 miles on my AWD altima. I have the SL trim. I'm into my second winter. The AWD system has performed as good as any of my previous 5 AWD vehicles on snow using stock all season tires. Mileage has been exceptional with the 2.5L engine. Twice, it has gotten 40.0 mpg (actual measured , not computer) on long trips. The last was 1000 miles, driving the highway speeds around 70mph. Around town I consistently get 28 to 30 mpg. Acceleration seems good for a 4 cylinder. There is no trouble merging into traffic. The ride is comfortable and handling seems good for this family car. The air conditioning and heating work great. Definitely get the heated steering wheel and heated seats. They are great for winter. The stereo and computer screen work well. Oddly, it doesn't come with a CD player, so I had to adapt to putting all my music on my phone and using the bluetooth. Not a problem thus far, but a concern long term is the fact it's direct fuel injected, rather than port. The only real annoyance is the cruise control. It slows the car down as you approach another vehicle.( It's a collision avoidance feature). Unfortunately it'll also sense median barriers on windy highway roads the same way and slow the car down.
