The Nissan team was outstanding. They answered every question I had. They worked with me though out the whole processes. As a first time new car buyer it was scary but they made you feel comfortable!! David (sales) and the GM and Adam of the finance dept. All did a fantastic job thank you guys so much.
sales person was friendly and helpful, knowledgeable and demonstrated the basic features to get us started. he made sure the car was ready on schedule. the paperwork was necessary but tedious. cathy took the time to explain fully what was required and let us take breaks as needed.
Great customer and maintenance service. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable from all the questions I asked related to service. I was expecting to pay around $45 for oil change, filter and extras but got it done for half the price.
Had a really good experience at Boucher Nissan in Greenfield. I had an appointment with Duke and he was expecting me, so my wait to get my truck in was minimal. Beyond that, it was done when he said it would be, the maintenance was completed, and so was the warranty work. Smooth & Easy!
Good service and fast. Back in May I had gone in for oil change. At the time I was told that in the never future I would need brake work done. I decided to do it then and not wait. In the mean time I got a letter from Nissan main office, (where ever that is) that I needed brake work. Point is I had forgot that I had them done in May. Duke was very honest, said the brakes where fine and showed me the invoice from May. The point is they could have said the brakes needed work and I would have not known the difference. Great customer service. I really liked the shuttle service to & from work. The work was completed in a satisfactory manner, but I felt that because I requested the shuttle pick me up after work at 5pm; that the work was done much later in the day causing me to wait almost 45 minutes once I was back at the dealership.
I was given great service from the moment I arrived until leaving the place. The employees were friendly and polite. I was back in my vehicle within the timeframe they told me. I would definitely recommend them to others.
Made a trip from Ohio to purchase a used Murano that was listed in Cars.com. The vehicle had all the bells and whistles we were looking for at a fair price. Unfortunately, the vehicle did not have a panoramic sunroof but Zeigler listed it as including the sunroof. When we arrived and noticed the vehicle did not have a sunroof we decided against the purchase - it was a show-stopper for us. Zeigler quickly owned their mistake, sincerely apologized and made a commitment to lower the price and/or offer any vehicle on their lot at a discounted offer. The incorrect listing was an obvious error but we were very impressed with Zeigler's response to make the customer happy. We ended up not purchasing a vehicle but we were VERY satisfied with this dealership. P.S. - I noticed the listing was corrected the same day.
