Fantastic Experience, excellent people and service

Two things I hate most is shopping for a new car and phone. Coastal Nissan made the car shopping very pleasant. Lance and Tommy, took the time to go over the car I was purchasing in great detail. Sean in financial was efficient, friendly and helpful. George in the service department was also very friendly and accommodating. What a fantastic team.
I will definitely go back to Coastal when we need a new car. I love my 2017 Rogue.
Car shopping has always been taxing, but working with Lance Ward and the team at Coastal Nissan truly changed that experience for my family. My husband, our 7 year old son and I visited the dealer on two occasions before deciding on a purchase. During each visit Lance spent numerous hours with us going over options on the different vehicles we were interested in, as well as pricing/financing options available to us. There was zero pressure, 100% transparency in the process and price, and none of that typical old school car salesmen foolishness. The gentleman who worked on the financing part for the deal for us was super-efficient, friendly and thoughtful and got us a great rate with a local bank. I’m confident I got an excellent deal on my new car and the fabulous service we received throughout the process was just the icing on the cake. Kyle is an absolute magician. I came into the dealership to browse and compare some pricing. Was not expecting to buy but I was open to the inventory. With my credit, I thought I???d be lucky to leave in a pair of new rollerblades. Kyle was amazing, found an option and vehicle that would work for me. After a short wait, I left with the car that same day!! Unreal, saying I???m pleased would be an understatement. Good inventory, great pricing, better service. Talk to Kyle, or go home.

I have to start off by saying normally I???m not one to take time to fill out one of these reviews , regardless of any service good or bad , but after my trip to your dealership I would be a fool to not stop and take time to praise the experience. I had the pleasure of getting to meet a young man by the name of Kyle Rego who did more than just help assist me throughout the car shopping process ; by turning what usually is a painstaking and stressful process into a relaxing and informative trip. I will be coming back to your dealership solely because of Mr. Rego.
Normally I am not one to leave reviews but after the service I received from one of the salesman I felt that it was necessary. One of their salesman, Kyle Rego, was so superb and professional that I would recommend anyone I know to go to him when looking for a vehicle. Thanks Kyle!
Let me tell you something: First of all I wasn???t even at the dealer looking to buy, I was just browsing the lot for my son???s step-child. Anyway so this guy Kyle comes up to me and we immeditely hit it off. Within 5 minutes I was actually thinking about buying a car for myself and I don???t even have a valid license! (currently suspended). Really though awesome guy never felt pressured just a genuine desire to build rapport. Professionalism? Top notch, A1 second to none. When I get my license back in 4 years I know who I???m going to call! Oh by the way I forgot to mention, great suit!!
Everyone was polite, friendly and accommodating. I was able to release a new car and everything was handled for me quickly and efficiently. I greatly appreciated the time and effort spent with me, However I feel the new leased car was not worth the car I retur and is costing me more.ned
Traded in 2015 Rogue for a 2018 Rogue. Very happy with the service and the new car. This is our second time working with John Spadea and he is a great salesman. Very informative and he does not pressure you into a sale.
Everything was great- they were able to fit a new car into my budget and I still have my sunroof, heated seats and navigation system.
