Great Service with a caring attitude

We bought our 2008 Altima at another dealer and after many headaches found Jenkins Nissan. Thanks to the attention it receives at Jenkins, the Altima now has about 173K miles and we hope to drive it at least that many more. The Service Advisors are friendly and appear to care for the needs of the customer. The mechanics are thorough and work is done completely. The problem causing our latest visit was a leaky sunroof. Susan Willet, the Service Advisor, knew more rain was on the way so she squeezed us into the schedule. The mechanic, Donovan, troubleshot the problem until he was satisfied that he had the root cause. Great job! Thanks.
