Used 2021 Nissan Altima for sale near McLendon-Chisholm, TX

The 2021 Altima is a good but not great car. I have the SL trim which comes with more interior comfort and 1 of 2 extra features. I like the sporty style and tech features but the CVT transmission sucks sometimes. If I had to buy a sedan again I would choose a BMW 3 series instead cuz I like excellence in cars. But overall for anyone who would like to have something good and basic pros, yes the Altima can make it.

I have only owned this car for 1 month but I am very pleased with my purchase, smooth, quiet, comfortable, great sound system. This car rides like a much higher priced car even with the 19” wheels. If you are looking for an everyday car with great ride and gas mileage this is the one for you.

Process went well. Finance person was very polite and explained everything. No complaints. Happy with my experience at this dealership. Only concern is parking for customers is tight.

I absolutely love it. The AWD handles like it is on rails. Just a bit under powered 50 more HP would be fantastic. The car is very comfortable and quiet. It has enough bells and whistles to keep you entertained. Fuel economy seems excellent at this point in time. I have not done a deep dive though. I would also like a bit more range on the telescopic wheel.

Recently purchased a Bronco Sport Heritage. The buying process was the smoothest, fastest transaction I have ever had when purchasing a new vehicle. Kimberly made the buying process very smooth. This is the third new vehicle I have purchased here and will definitely do so again.

Altima is fun to drive, great handling and responsiveness. Gas mileage is very good, 30+mpg in town, 35 hiway. Love the way the car looks!

Mike was very helpful, knowledgable, friendly and addressed all concerns. They offer free oil change with maintenance.

My last 3 vehicles have been Nissans. My two previous were identical Frontiers which I had zero problems with. This 2021 Altima is as good a value for the dollar that I could find. The staff is outstanding and the vehicle is even better.

I was attempting to purchase a clean looking Chevy Colorado and worked with Kyle Brewer. I am out of state so Kyle worked hard to show videos, answer questions and do an iphone facetime walkaround of the vehicle with me. I never did get a chance to make an offer. The following day when I called the dealership Kyle was away but I spoke with Julian Henson and he informed me that they could not sell the vehicle due to an improper and unsafe lift kit installation that made the vehicle unsafe to drive. Their honesty saved me time off work and flight costs. Had that been a dealership in MY area I would have had an unsafe vehicle pushed on me. I never once felt pressure to purchase and felt treated fairly and honestly throughout the process. I even received a call from the manager afterwards to follow up with me. Would be more than happy to do business with them in the future.

Two years ago Jose R assisted us with a Mazda Miata MX 5 purchase for my husband. The car we wanted was ordered online and the purchase was quick, painless and easy! So let's do the honest review. Melton was our first stop for car buying as they had the best deals in the local area on Rams. Online they consistently were beating local big names in Tulsa and surrounding areas on price and I monitored prices since September so about 3 months. We drove the 30 minutes or so up there from midtown and when we arrived we weren't attacked while inspecting vehicles on the lot. In fact we came in and were promptly greeted we told are sales rep Baley about the vehicles we were interested and he grabbed the keys and paperwork for a test drive while they copied my license. From there we returned. The price negotiation was on! Unfortunately there was not a lot of room to budge but this is expected for a family owned company especially one where sales do not work on commission and are salary. They offered us water and snacks several times. Everyone wore masks. While I was there I saw they were helping another vet (it was veterans day so as an army vet I was dead set on getting a truck that day) and the care and attention they showed was astonishing. Bailey even offered a gentleman crossing the street in a wheelchair help. We still felt the price was worth checking a different dealer out....big mistake we should have just stayed. It was such a nightmare that by the time it was said and done, we drove straight back to Melton. Baley had our same offer ready and we went to see Greg who was able to accommodate us and kept us rolling laughing as we signed over our first born (or at least a lot of money). This was such a family experience and presence in the place. I could not be happier with my new purchase and will be back. Their prices and handling of sales and contracts by Baley and Greg were better then any of the dealers in Tulsa metro area, for this truck search or my last car search a few years ago. Thank you Melton and thank you Baley and Greg. This veteran got his truck on veterans day thanks to your superior prices and honest evaluations and family feelings. I appreciate how y'all care for your customers and vets on 11-11-20.

Brought out 4runner in for an oil change. This was our first visit. Bryan Womack, Service Advisor, greeted me like I've been a customer all along; making me feel very welcome to be there. I came late in the day & scheduled an appt for 0700 the next morning. When I arrived, was able to pull right in @ 0700. Bryan was quick to check me in and explain details. I decided to not wait & go home for a cup of java. Approx 1 hr later, Bryan called & said it was ready. Sebastian w/ service inspected 4runner along with a video. There was only 1 thing up & coming which needed attn in the near future. Oil change completed, great service, friendly and explained everything. We will be back. Thank you for making bringing in my vehicle painless. Thank you for explaining everything from beginning to end. You guys are awesome! Would recommend!

Good service and kept me in loop , however on first day did not get any update for almost 4 hours until I called to check on the status of my vehicle

Germain Honda of Surprise is a very nice dealership. The people that work there are FANTASTIC! From the second we entered the dealership, the staff was very welcoming and friendly. Our salesperson was knowledgeable and helpful. He explained every step of the sales process and patient with all our questions. Never feeling rushed.
