My husband really likes this dealership. I bought my dream car from here a few months ago and it ended up in an accident and it was totaled. I was waiting for my insurance stuff to clear to start searching for another car. I wanted or decided I would get another Camry instead but as we were driving to the dealership we ended up at Audi South. I wasn't happy why here I don't want another Audi. So we went to test drive an Audi A4 he wanted it but I wasn't feeling it. We were just about to head back inside and BAM I saw theeee car. Paid cash for a 2007 Explorer. Price was good. New tires and battery. After the test drive, the whole buying process only took 20 minutes. As I did not trade in a vehicle I was stuck there with 2 cars. They had someone follow me home in my new car so I could get both home without having to pay for a cab. Top notch. Dane was excellent.

Seems like most of the team that shows the car and rides along for the test drive struggle with their English. I had to ask them to repeat their question or comment on a number of occasions to understand what they were trying to ask/say. When first inquiring about the car it was still in the build phase, and someone had already purchased it. I gave them my number and asked them to contact me if the deal fell through. I started receiving random calls from the dealer about service specials and trade in opportunities but nothing about the car. Next thing you know the car was sitting on the lot and available. No phone message about the car's availability was provided. It was persistence on my part that resulted in a purchase. Car purchasing is a painful process.
