Aesthetically pleasing. Awesome fuel economy!!! Handles well. I used to drive a 2018 Altima SV until a deer decided that i needed to purchase a new vehicle, otherwise, I'd still be driving that one which was totaled at 227k+ miles...190k+ miles by me (personally) in 4 and a half yrs. The front seats feel slightly smaller though....maybe it's just me.

He was professional, attentive, and clearly explained the services that would be performed. I especially appreciated the transparency?there was no pressure or upselling, just a clear focus on what my vehicle needed. The communication throughout the service was top-notch; I received a text update and a detailed video inspection from the technician, which gave me incredible peace of mind. The waiting lounge was immaculate and comfortable, but I barely had time to enjoy it as my vehicle was ready right on schedule. It was returned to me freshly washed and vacuumed, looking even better than when I dropped it off. It's this consistent attention to detail that sets Lexus of Tampa Bay apart. Great car- drives fantastic- sleek sporty style with a touch of class. Gas saver not a gas guzzler. An abundance of space for traveling with luggage or groceries. I love Nissan vehicles they are designed for people in mind for commuting and traveling comfortably.

Really good experience. We shopped a 200 mile radius of our home. We didn?t want to waste a lot of time at dealerships and get trapped by a salesman. We asked all the dealerships what their best out the door price was. Some didn?t want to give without you visiting, some kept trying to give quotes for vehicles or features we didn?t ask for, and some just didn?t have the inventory. Courtesy and my salesman, Ali, gave me the best deal, had plenty of inventory, and made the process easy. Did most of the work over the phone. The finance guy did offer the upsells but didn?t pressure. The dealership facilities were nice with cold water and gourmet coffee machines. Thanks courtesy.

Yesterday Phillip did my oil change and gave me a realistic timeframe for when to fix a specific issue, instead of trying scare us into having it done right away. His priority was to inform us of what needed done while also respecting the financial commitment needed to fix the problem. Both of the ladies at the check-out for service and at the front desk for sales were extremely kind and welcoming. We are in the very beginning stages of considering buying a new car.
