Having problems with backup camera it looks very foggy. Had it back to dealer twice, no luck. No CD player.. big downgrade.

The service center and the sales team is amazing!! This is my 2nd purchase here. Got me into the exact car I wanted!! I?ve had it almost a year and have had no issues getting into the service center for oil changes etc. Even got my tire covered under warranty when it got a bubble in the side.

Very sporty inside and out. Great gas mileage. I like that it has just the right amount of buttons and dials, not too much. The seats are very comfortable.

No qualms, was waiting for service to be done, efficient. Service advisor was helpful, clear and courteous. Facilities were clean and adequate. Will probably come for service again.

Repaired our VW air conditioning unit in three days. Another dealership failed to repair it in three attempts covering a period of over a month. Clay Cooley was courteous and exceedingly professional in conducting their repairs. They kept me informed on progress at each step and once repairs were completed, readied the car for pickup.

If I could give Cavender’s more than 5 stars, I would. The General Manager, Stavros, is absolutely amazing and truly goes above and beyond to provide top-tier service. To be transparent, our initial visit wasn’t great. The experience was rough, and the customer service just wasn’t there. We purchased two vehicles, and I immediately regretted mine. Find what you want, and they will help you take care of the paperwork and payments. Willing to tell you if their financing is not the best option. They went above and beyond to fix small problems.

I had my car serviced and oil changed. My car actually seems to run more smoothly after the service. They were very polite and the facility was clean. Good experience.
