How many times have you been to a dealer service department only to wait infinitely to even get a 'Hello'? Have you walked away disappointed promising to never return to such a consumer unfriendly trench? I have, but yesterday gave me a much-needed dealer service department experience. I don't know about you, but to me, if the employee behind the counter has a disgruntled attitude, that will make me adapt the same attitude, and the experience will end up a total nightmare. Into the picture comes Mariel Sun. Mariel is a service advisor at Clay Cooley Mitsubishi in Arlington, Texas off I-20 1480 West. The details of my visit are not important to my review. What is important is how amazing Mariel was and how she very kindly and professionally took care of my vehicle. Dealer service advisors like Mariel are a needle in a haystack. Great mileage and very nice interior. Lotsa stuff but sadly only drivers window is auto. Wheels are terrible. They look great but very hard to clean. Good trunk space and nice seats. Having problems with backup camera it looks very foggy. Had it back to dealer twice, no luck. No CD player.. big downgrade.

Very sporty inside and out. Great gas mileage. I like that it has just the right amount of buttons and dials, not too much. The seats are very comfortable.

I went in with the intention of buying a car, I wanted to get a used but good car from the lot. I was trying to test drive some vehicles but the employee insisted we talk numbers first, that was a bit annoying but i could live with it. Over all the trip was ok and i learned a lot about financing.

Our family has a 35 year background “in the industry” and I arrived alone with my teenage daughter, so I was braced for battle. Mark greeted us at the door, no hard sell, we were there for a specific car, the price brought to us after test driving was very fair, wasn’t going to get a warranty but that was also offered at a great price so we added it to the deal … From the time we sat down to talk numbers to us being in the car to leave was ONE HOUR. It was the end of the night and we were the last customers, but nonetheless it was just an easy non-pushy experience. Additionally, we ran into an outside financing issue on our end the next day and again, the dealership worked with us and got the deal done!! Picked up the car one day later and now my daughter will be heading to college with an amazing (new to her) car!!!
