Ask for CESAR, he is the best! He is amazing and makes the process really smooth. My mom and I were bracing ourselves going into a car dealer. Preparing mentally for the oncoming “pushy salesmen.” And then…instead, we get the most friendly and personable salesperson- Cesar. The service manager David Bertolotti is excellent and honest to deal with. Usually in my experience with car dealers I always felt that they would try to upsell something but not so with David. If I could give him 20 stars I definitely would. Kudos to Gerald Nissan for keeping an excellent employee like David.
