Used 2020 Nissan Maxima for sale near Concord, CA

This is an outstanding used car dealership. I just cannot say enough good things about them! I have owned many cars and have dealt with many dealerships, but the owner of Excellent Motor Group is by far the very best person I have ever purchased from. He is the most knowledgeable, has the most integrity and honesty, works unbelievably hard, and is the most kind used auto dealer I have ever seen. This is what he did for me: I went down to buy a Ram Promaster cargo van. He worked very hard for me, making calls for about 3 hours to find a lender for me, but my credit wasn't good enough to qualify for the loan. So he showed me a Ford Transit cargo van he had on the lot which was a little older. I still couldn't qualify, so he dropped the price so I could qualify for the loan. Then I tried to pay the down payment with my debit card but couldn't pay the whole amount because of the limit on my card. I called my bank on the mainland to increase the limit, but it still didn't work. Then because of the time difference, my bank closed for the day and I couldn't call back. Then he let me use his computer to login to my insurance carrier's website, but I had trouble getting the lienholder's name and address to show on the insurance binder, so he sat down with me and helped me very patiently to solve the issue and get the insurance binder and my insurance cards and documents printed out. Then he drove me all the way across town to the lender's office, introduced me to the lender and explained the process, then waited for me while I set up my account and got my documents. Then even after the exhausting day, and even with my down payment only partially paid, he graciously let me to pay the remainder the next day, and he even drove me all the way back across town to my apartment. The next day he picked me up at my workplace and drove me to his lot, where I was able to finally pay the remainder of my down payment. He had already finished all of the documents and paperwork, and had also gone down to the dmv to do the temp registration. He also had done the safety and emission inspection, had the oil changed, and filled up the gas tank. Then after he had done all of this for me, he offered to hold the van at his lot until I could find a monthly parking place for it near my apartment. Then the next day after I found a monthly parking spot, I noticed that my name was slightly misspelled on a few of the documents. So I went down to his lot and he got all of the documents corrected very quickly, even while he was in the process of working with another customer. He had the keys ready plus a spare key, and the van was ready for me to drive home. And he did all of this over three days in the rain while major street work was being done right next to his lot. Wow! I recommend this dealer very very highly. I have never seen anyone so knowledgeable, so hard working, so honest and patient as him. The week I was at his lot, he sold 4 cars to customers who had purchased from him over 15 years ago, and now I understand why. When you find a dealer this good, you go back decade after decade. Outstanding.

I have had my 2020 maxima for some months now and I actually love the car. It is a smooth get up and go vehicle. the interior is lovely. The only concerns I am having about the car is that when I have the AC on, its like water is just pouring from underneath the car when I stop, the catylic converters seem to be stopping up because when on the hwy i smell the aweful rotten egg smell. the driver side headlight somehow keeps moisture inside and not sure why this happens but it causes a warning alert that the headlight system error is having and when have headlights on at night, i notice that headlight starts blinking bad. when have the car in reverse, i hear a loud like rubbing noise from the brakes and the rotors get rusted bad. just wandering if anyone else are having these same issues with the 2020 nissan maxima??

At no point of the buying experience was it forceful or pushed in any way. Cy and Jonathan were amazing, very efficient and thorough. Definitely recommend!

I love my Nissan Maxima! Very sporty and the panoramic sunroof/moonroof was an added bonus. The interior is great and since it is only me, the car is perfect!

It is the best blend of economy, performance, and luxury. The engine has excellent get up and go. I got the platinum reserve package and the burgundy interior looks awesome.

My family has bought 35 cars from carmax, never had an issue.We had some issues with some of the cars but they took care of it right away. What gained my respect for carmax is that we bought a car a HYUNDAI ELantra 2012. DROVE THE CAR A LITTLE OVER A YEAR. Went to trade it in and we found out the car was in a bad car accident in the front, and that's why it was pulling to the right. We were never told that this car was in an accident. We were told that it never was. Immediately they paid off our loan and put us in another new car. That's a good company. Therefore in my opinion they are awesome

I love the panoramic sun and moon roof, the performance is on point!! All the interior comforts are great, the leather stitching is beautiful! I am very happy with my purchase!

There were some thing we didn't understand about operating the car, and when we returned to Kendall, Bill Gasswint gladly answered all our questions.The computer system is much more complicated than our previous car (2005 Prius), so the help is much appreciated. I purchased a 2018 Acura RDX. Financing was an easy process. We got a same day approval which was awesome. No appointment needed.

My regular service advisor was not on duty so I was greeted by Michael D’Loia who precisely understood that I didn’t want tire rotation service because I had a tire contract elsewhere and that I wanted the air filter I purchased elsewhere to be installed and I would only pay for the install. Also, I wanted the old filter(smile). He graciously noted my requests and after my car was ret’d all of my specifications had been followed. Dead honest review from a real person.... Absolutely one of the best car dealer experiences I've had. Everyone I spoke to was helpful and friendly but Al C was just beyond exceptional in personality and very respectful unlike several other dealers I've met with recently. Did everything he could to make my experience the best it could be and have a nice variety of cars. Dealership is clean, staff are excellent and I wouldn't hesitate to buy again from these guys!
