The buying process was easy and straight forward. I felt as if they were open and honest about my trade in and purchase based off the research I did before arriving. He called me back in a couple days and said they had what I wanted. We didn't mind the 3 1/2 drive to go pick up the car. He went through everything with us and answered all our questions.
