If I could give 6 star I would. For my first time buying a car everyone was incredibly kind and helpful. Shout out to Rony who helped me buy my car and answer all my questions. From the minute I walked in the door I was offered water, snacks and coffee. Since I was there during lunch they even gave me a plate of chicken! I previously had visited a different dealership who tried to bait and switch me, offering me a terrible deal and not honoring the sale prices listed on their website and over the phone. None of that happened here at Crystal Lake. The price listed over the phone was the price I received and they offered me a great rate on financing. During the test drive Rony was kind and showed me the different features of the car I was buying. During my time there they sold about 10 cars, which isn't surprising considering the kindness and the good prices they offered.

Everything was great from start to finish even though they were short staff on a Saturday.

Chuck was very professional, helpful, knowledgeable, and fun to chat with. If you plan to purchase a vehicle from Countryside Nissan, ask to see if he is available.

I came in on 4/27/19 with my parents to browse around. My parents were looking for a new Rouge and I was looking for a used car. Nick and Khalil were absolutely phenomenal!
