We upgraded our 2015 Quest to a 2020 Nissan Pathfinder. We absolutely love it! The car has a great ride, great features, and does great on gas considering it being a big SUV. We have had the pathfinder for almost a year now and we have never had a single mechanical issue with the car except maintenance. If you want a car that lasts forever I recommend buying one!

I love this Nissan SUV. Is more than I was hoping for. The only negative comment I have after 2 1/2 weeks of owning it is that it is too easy for someone to tamper with your gasoline because there is no lock on it. Just push the door and it pops open. NOT SAFE!

I LOVE my 2020 Nissan Pathfinder! I purchased the Pathfinder as it drove and handled smoothly with power. I test drove the Rogue, Altman, and Maxima, and the Pathfinder had, hands down the best ride, handling, and comfort. I love that it never let's me lock my keys in the car. I love my Caspian blue exterior, and palomino interior. I love its sexy curves, and the durability of the seat material. It could be a little more comfortable, but overall, I LOVE it!

5+ years ago I leased and serviced a car from them. My experience was great. I since bought a car elsewhere and went to a couple of other places to get it serviced due to where I worked. I wish I would have stayed at Runde. One of the places I went to was a dealership in Dubuque. They were horrible. I highly recommend Runde! They pick up your car even just for an oil change, they are organized, and remember the mileage sticker in the window. They are so pleasant to work with. Thank you so much for making oil changes a breeze!

Bought this car brand new. Have had it for 3 years now. Absolutely love it. Never any issues. Car was 100% from day one. Yes, would get another one. Got the SL. Love all the features.. Would have to trade down quite a bit to get a new car at the same price.

I received excellent service at Key Auto Chevrolet of Perry Florida! Niki in the service department is a great asset to your dealership. She is very pleasant, professional and knowledgeable about the extended warranty process and she explained it to me when I was scheduling my vehicle for repair. My Tahoe had an urgent service issue and she was able to get my vehicle in for service yesterday. She called me later in the day and explained my vehicle issue and discuss the part that needed to be ordered. I am so glad that I purchased an extended warranty when I bought my vehicle as the part that was needed was covered by the warranty. They ordered the part the same day and it was fixed and back on the road the following day! All this in less than 24 hours! I could not be more pleased. I ordered a Ford F150 Lariat on April 11th 2022. At the time I inquired about the price protection. I spoke with salesman Blaine. I was assured that I would receive the price protection. I was given a sign contract, as well as the order sheet with the MSRP. My truck was deliver/Purchased on 9/20/2022. I paid the new MSRP of 3K more that when ordered. I was concerned about the new price and requested a signed note that I would receive the Check from Ford. I received a signed letter to this effect by the Sales Manager. I have stopped by on several occasions to check in with Blain, who told me as soon as he receives the check he’ll contact me.I have also called and left messages with management.I have yet to hear anything. It's been 89 Business days since my purchased. I’m very happy with my purchase and my overall experience. So far service has been great. I’m kinda of getting nervous that run around with a 3k price protection check.

They are in the midst of expanding their car lot and do not have a structured building. They only have a mobile unit currently on the property so it's a bit disorganized right now. Sales personnel did not seem very friendly but they also aren't pushy which I liked. Most of the cars exteriors were really dirty from a dust storm that occurred a couple of weeks ago. They have a large inventory of vehicle choices.

This 5 stars in for one employee in particular. Tim Gardner in the service dept. My little story... I had recently purchased my vehicle on April 1 & had to return it on April 4th due to the speakers, window and a little idle. It was now 4/16/2018 and my car was still not finished because the speakers were missing a part that need to come from Korea, they told me my car would be finished no later than Monday and that was a promise...So long story short everyone I spoke with said they would call me back and help me figure this out and no one did, they called with the same info about waiting for a part but no new news. Thankfully I called in 4/17/18 to check on my vehicle on when the part will be in and Tim (which was my first time speaking with i'm through these couple of weeks.) and he said the part was scheduled to arrive on 4/24/18 I was furious. Here I am driving loaner cars and not even able to enjoy my new car for a whole month. He listened to me and quickly went into action and said I am going to help you, we are going to fix this. Literally in 2 hours he called back said that they can get my car to a certain place and they can do it if I agree and also offered me a couple of other things and said I will get your car to you by today or tomorrow after he explained this to a manager. All in two hours! and I couldn't get a straight answer for two weeks! Tim called me when it left car max and when it came back and tested the stereo for me himself! He completely turned my whole experience back to a positive one again and now I am truly happy he went above and beyond and keep his word! He was very kind and put actions to his words! He is definitely the highlight of my week! now I can drive my new car thanks to TIM Gardner.! Thank you TIM! You don't know how happy we are!
