I'm a long time customer of Kelly Nissan Woburn and have purchased and leased cars there. This visit was for a used vehicle, so a slightly different experience because there are more variables. We worked with Shawn who was polite and helpful, greeting us warmly as soon as we arrived. We explained it needs and budget and he helped us talk through some different options. Although he couldn't meet our exact needs he took the time to demonstrate a few different vehicles and cheer fully, said goodbye when we decided to keep looking elsewhere. I love driving my new Pathfinder. It drives well and I feel safe in it. The seats are very comfortable. I love the all black on the exterior. This is my first Nissan and I would recommend this vehicle to others.

Had mine (Platinum trim) for about 6 months now. It’s great around town and on road trips. A lot bigger than my old Murano but mileage is much better, I average about 23.5 all around and 25.2 on road trips. No complaints there. I’ve had no problems or anything go wrong at all. The materials inside feel very nice and there’s room for everyone. Heads up display and cooled seats really are nice to have. Overall I can’t think of anything else they could do to make it a better vehicle. It is large so it takes a bit to get used to.

This is a very reputable place. I did my research of reading reviews and experiences from others on looking for a place that will work with me and not pressure me which made it worth the long drive. Dan was my sales guy and was very kind and made sure to answer all my questions and get me what I wanted. Shak is amazing at his financing magic and 100% puts the customer first and goes out of his own way to find you a way to get you what you want within your budget. Highly recommend coming here for reliable people and a ton of car options!

Stopped by to look around and Lou came out to offer assistance. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and ended up helping me find a great car. Finance was quick , pleasant and helpful as well. Finance and sales both top notch!
