Mike really helped me out when my transmission line blew out. Responsive and communicative. Only negative was using the Antwerpen phone system. Too many options then when in wait mode every 5 seconds it would give the same message eventually kicking me out. I called over several days having the same experience. Really need to get something more customer focused.

I have had many issues with my car since I bought it, but Jose, a great guy is always there to help. Recently, my transmission was failing. Even though I was worried about paying a lot of money, Jose helped through the process by making sure that my extended warranty takes care of the repair. He is a wonderful person who always make sure that his customers get all the information necessary and they leave with a happy face. In addition, the whole team is amazing. Everyone is warm towards all customers and they do not hesitate to interact with anyone that walks in the service center. I truly love the hard work and the teamwork.

Komi was helpful. Decently efficient. Car had engine light on and was turned off and issue not figured out. Could have been broken sensor.

My salesperson was able to acomodate my request, and I am very pleased with my new 2016 QX60. I feel as though I am driving in a luxurious vehicle. I had a series of concerns with my 2015 Nissan Sentra, and she walked me through every step of the issues, but more importantly she listened to my concerns.
