Hawk Nissan is well organized and my Nissan Sentra was everything I hoped for! For my trade in I was given a good deal! $1,000.00 for a Honda CRV with 188,000 miles! It was a good day for me!

Paul was great to work with. Easiest car buying experience I have ever had. Paul knew I was an hour away from the dealer, and was very honest over the phone regarding the details of the car (most dealers are not). His manager Nick was also very honest and great to work with. Thomas Nissan is one of the only dealerships that will try to help you out as much as possible, I have no credit and have only been at my job for two weeks, but they still helped me finance my car I highly recommend going to them if your looking for a nice reliable vehicle.

I came in on 4/27/19 with my parents to browse around. My parents were looking for a new Rouge and I was looking for a used car. Nick and Khalil were absolutely phenomenal! They are definable not your typical car salesmen. They felt more like friends who were excited to help us with getting our new cars and were genuinely great people. They gave us undevided attention for hours while we asked a ton of questions to make sure we were confident with our purchases. They also gave us a great deal for buying two cars. Kim in finance is such a sweet woman to work with as well. All in all best car buying experience I’ve ever had. I will never purchase a car from anywhere besides here in the future, I suggest you do as well!

The service manager David Bertolotti is excellent and honest to deal with. Usually in my experience with car dealers I always felt that they would try to upsell something but not so with David. If I could give him 20 stars I definitely would. Kudos to Gerald Nissan for keeping an excellent employee like David.

Excellent repair work, excellent service, excellent pricing. The sales team members were so eager to help make my car purchase an enjoyable experience! Diana, the Internet Sales Specialist, was very friendly and helpful. She helped coordinate everything with the sales team perfectly! They sent videos of the car I liked. They were very friendly when I had the car inspected by an independent mechanic. When we agreed on a fair price, the sales manager delivered my new car and took my trade-in car back to the dealership! We completed the paperwork in five minutes at my home. It was such an easy and enjoyable purchase experience. I contacted several Nissan dealerships in the area and Hawk Nissan was the absolute best!! I would highly recommend this dealership!
