I was having trouble syncing my iPhone to the Apple car play on my Titan. Went to Nissan service there and Matt and Scott were absolutely outstanding. Although not being too familiar with that system, Matt patiently worked and worked the problem and found the solution. Matt and Scott know how to treat a customer right! They were always patient and respectful. Keep these guys!

I had recall repairs and they dealership sent a driver to pick up car and returned later with repaired repair. The overall experience was wonderful.

Roosevelt waited on us. He was very helpful, had knowledge of car he showed us. He listened to us about what we were looking for. I love Beck Nissan. I called Trevor in the service department and made my appointment for a oil and filter change and tire rotation. I love the fact that as an older single woman, I can take my car in to be serviced, they do what I ask and there is no oh but you need this done and there is another problem. Everybody was very friendly, seem to be knowledgeable. Very hard to negotiate with with price however, they were very firm and didn’t budge much. The vehicle we bought was clean, but they insist they clean it more, and it came out just about meticulous so xxxxxxto them!

He had this auto pulled up in front of the showroom warming it up on this cold February morning. As things happen, the show room got full so his colleague partner, Grant Carl offered to help us check this auto out. Grant had me drive the Rogue while learning a lot of new things needing to know. Between Grant and Christian, both showed remarkable knowledge. They fit together in a confident, respectful partnership that made it easy for us to learn lots. I believe we have the best of both of them attending to our questions, relaxed and appearing to love autos in general. A delightful twosome making my decision to purchase the Nissan Rogue a delightful decision!
