About 2 weeks ago I went into Bertera Nissan in Auburn Ma. to lease a car. I ended up leasing a 2019 Nissan Altima. First off, I Love the car! It is a really sharp automobile, with a classy slick new design, a lot of technology, a great safety record, and a smooth ride! My experience was excellent. The salesman David Anglin, was polite, professional and very accommodating. Vinny the financial representative, was personable and efficient. Also, the sales manager (sorry, I can't recall the name), was both personable and accommodating as well. Although it took a bit of time to work out lease deal specific to my circumstances, they eventually they worked out a good lease deal for me! This was my second time in service since I purchased my car - I have had 2 different sensors go bad. I have had very good experiences in service when bringing my car in. Taylor Smith was my service advisor and he was very pleasant when dealing with him.

My service advisor Taylor Smith, was excellent! Took a few days for my car to be fixed, which was inconvenient. I thought something should have been covered as clearly a design flaw in the vehicle - will never purchase a vehicle with a sunroof again! 2nd time I've had to bring my car in for the same problem. But coverage was denied, so I paid. However, I was treated very respectfully, and the car was ready when I was told it would be. And Taylor was AWESOME!
