To begin my search, Aija helped me by providing me information via phone that helped me select the exact model to fit my needs and was very thorough and knowledgeable. I am so glad that I found the car I love! In addition to having Drew help me choose from Plant Nissan's amazing selection of vehicles, Noro and Ash were amazing in helping me arrange financing. Back in early July 2024 I visited Findlay Henderson Nissan in search of a Nissan Rogue. My intial experience wasn't the best, however, a manager followed up, called me, listened to my issue, apologized for my experience and invited to returen to view more Rogues. When I returned, Stephanie and other staff were very understanding and accommodating. They compared and offered several financing options, and helped me find he right used Rogue for me. If the dealership had not read or taken my initial reivew serious they would have never called. I thank each person ho waited on me patiently.
