At first I had a really bad experience with the service department, when I left my initial review Faith got a hold of me and made sure to take care of my problem. Good customer service, they want to make sure every customer leaves happy.

Greg is one of the best, he made the entire process so seamless and easy. I walked in not even sure if getting my new car was possible and helped make it happen. Tim Rice was also wonderful to work with. I really appreciate the upfront and honest sales tactics. I’ve been a Heiser customer since 2015 but plan on only working with Greg going forward!

I was greeted at the door by Mr.Harris he was very pleasant and answered any questions I had. So the car had cosmetic damage and they tried to sell it as is as I was like no I’m not buying it like that so they “fixed” it super fast but not really and I said no I’m not buying it like that so they fixed it for real and then I bought it. So props to them for fixing it appropriately but it just took hours to do it the way it should but shame on them for trying to get me to buy it as is. They were nice the whole time though. Easy to work with.
