We did a lot of research and new what we were looking for. The associate (Dan) made us feel that he was buying the car with us, making sure we were comfortable with our decision and no pressure. My one gripe overall is that cars that require a fob in lieu of a key need to come with two up front or the other one sent later to us (at my expense) rather than me having to make another trip to have another one made.
We had a wonderful experience with Joe. We were looking for used but bought new because of Joe. I would recommend going in to see him any time. He was professional and nice as was the rest of the staff. No pushiness and the dealership was very clean and neat. The best part is the staff picked the perfect car for me and I love it!!
Great experience buying a car over the Internet. My sales associate/Kasey Goodrich was amazing, patient and very helpful with the car purchase. Bought the car two days before Thanksgiving needing a windshield. Kasey went made sure it was installed before they closed for the holiday. He left the car outside, fully detailed with a full tank of gas, then offered to drop the key off at our house [20miles] so our daughter could get her car! Great customer experience, highly recommend working with Kasey.

Got a super good deal on a Tacoma with these guys. I live in Albuquerque and they picked me up from the airport and literally was in and out of the dealership in 30 min, it was a cash deal and it was so nice to have the dealership understand that up front. No pressure at all to buy any other products as everything was negotiated prior to me showing up. There is always that concern buying a unit sight unseen but as soon as I showed up and I saw that the truck was clean clean clean. Hopped back on I25 South and had no issues whatsoever. Truck really feels and looks new, especially the interior, I cant believe it is used. I can still smell a hint of that "new car smell" when it heats up a little outside when I get in. Have had for a month now and am still loving it. These guys are straight up, I dealt with Nachie, the GM, as well as Victor in Finance, and Rafael and Jesus in Sales, all were very helpful, friendly and most importantly ALWAYS got back to me in a timely manner. i do not know or care to learn about cars. Therefore, I go to McCaddons. Jon Berry has been pro-active in caring for my car, with full knowledge that I do not know abut cars. He makes recommendations in a language I can understand and then does the needed work. Better yet he does not recommend unneeded work. I will continue to trust the personnel and service.
Contacted salesman Mark Pain about a used car I saw for my daughter. He was fantastic to work with, provided a very easy purchasing experience, and even worked with the service department so I could examine under the car. The car was nice and a fair deal.
I came here looking for a car I saw online, Mike found it fast, took it for a ride. The car had an unsual sound but the guys did a great job taking care of it a few days later. Buying the car was fast and easy. Everybody was very helpful and honest. The car is 2011 but is in amazing condition.
We wanted to purchase a new car using the Costco Auto Program; the "authorized Chevy dealer" for Denver is John Elway Chevrolet. Our Elway sales representative - Tyler Brown - made this the most painless car-buying experience my wife and I have had (over about four decades of car purchases). We were interested in two Chevy models (Volt and Bolt); Tyler had both ready to test drive when we first arrived at the dealership and was very knowledgable about the operation and available options of both. Over the next week, he patiently answered all of our questions, and searched far and wide (even the inventory still in transit) to find exactly the configuration we were interested in. When we arrived to take delivery of our 2019 Chevy Bolt, Tyler had all of the details taken care of (battery was charged, car was detailed, paperwork was ready to sign, and our "Bolt 101 familiarization lesson" from Dylan Fiske was queued up). The whole delivery process was very organized, and my wife and I were both impressed with how smoothly and quickly things proceeded. Eric Williams made the financing side of the transaction very straightforward as well. Thanks Tyler, Dylan, and Eric -- and everyone else we interacted with at Elway Chevrolet! We'll certainly be back when it's time for another car!
I had a nice experience at EchoPark. They did not pressure me at all. They let me take my time and make sure this was the right decision for me. Facilities are nice, cars are in great shape. Overall a very good experience. I would recommend EchoPark for sure.
Though I had an appointment, it took about 3 hours for an oil change and the maintenance (tire pressure check, alignment, car wash). I thought I would be there no more than 1 hour. I appreciate Conner advising me of the cost of a part which was prohibitive and he did not order it. Something we both agreed to. (Over $600 for a fog light glass which had been broken by debris flying into it and breaking it) The staff are fine, but you need many more technicians to do the maintenance.
While my vehicle to be repaired after an accident, I was renting a Rouge Sport and fell in love. I begin my inquiry online and soon after I was contacted via text by a representative of L.H. Miller. For a couple of weeks I was in regular contact, working through details. By the time I was ready, I was in and out of the dealership in under 2-hours driving away in my new car. I really appreciated the staff collectively working together, all on my terms and letting me choose my car buying experience.
Amazing courtesy and respect from a used car dealer. They honored a price I saw on the internet the day before, even thought the sticker was higher when I came in. Professional, polite, knowledgeable and a very efficient buying process. The used warranty they sell is outstanding and their no-document financing is second to none. I was just blown away on how great everything was.
