Ford was delayed in getting the necessary parts out but they provided me with a rental. I was a bit frustrated with the length of time required to obtain the part - even more frustrated wtih the actual problem that exists with superduty trucks related to the steering stabilizer.
I was surprised when hesitated about car original cause and what part got repaired but Jacob was upfront with the details. Overall very good experience. Excellent customer service and friendly, courteous staff.
Great Experience.. started with looking @ the inventory online and then drove off the lot with no games no hassle no long waits just to haggle. They even brought my vehicle from one location to the next to meet my needs. Came from out of state and was in and out just as I explained that what was what I needed. Great job team!!!! Will definitely be recommending to whom ever is wanting a great vehicle at a good price and after it feels satisfied with the service in which they provide
Nick Sypert was AMAZING to work with!! He was very accommodating and there was no pressure whatsoever to purchase a vehicle. I would absolutely recommend seeing him for your next vehicle! My only complaint was it took 2 hours to sign the papers. I think they’re a bit under staffed in the finance department (Nick should be promoted!), but we got an amazing deal with an overall great experience, so I’ll definitely be making any future purchases at AutoSource...as long as Nick is there to help us out! :)

Buying experience with Susie and Dominic was good. No pressure and worked with us on trade in. After sale is different in that very hard to get someone to answer phone or return calls. A second key fob and rear window wiper blade, which was missing, were promised but been a week and a half and still nothing has been sent. Called customer service which is in Utah. They said they would take care of it and get back to us. Nothing yet.
Salesperson Keri did a great job & we were also impressed with Beau Penny. Professional staff with no hard sale pressure to buy. Best experience I've had with a car dealership. Felt like a family owned business. Would definitely go back. Love my new car! Thank you.
She made the experience fun. A real person to connect with. Felt like I had a friend backin me up. The test drive was what sold me. She has a favorite route that goes around a lake with some nice curves.
Tom sold me my car about a year ago and I'm still amazed at Tom and Tynan's commitment to excellent customer service. I continue to recieve nothing but professional and quality assistance from Tom and the dealership. Anytime I need to come in for an oil change, or most recently a tire check, I have been greeted and treated like their number one customer! Tom has such a great personality and professional approach, Arnie is always more than willing to help out and always very knowledgeable and professional as well. I came here looking for a car I saw online, Mike found it fast, took it for a ride. The car had an unsual sound but the guys did a great job taking care of it a few days later. Buying the car was fast and easy. Everybody was very helpful and honest. The car is 2011 but is in amazing condition.
Great experience buying a car over the Internet. My sales associate/Kasey Goodrich was amazing, patient and very helpful with the car purchase. Bought the car two days before Thanksgiving needing a windshield. Kasey went made sure it was installed before they closed for the holiday. He left the car outside, fully detailed with a full tank of gas, then offered to drop the key off at our house [20miles] so our daughter could get her car! Great customer experience, highly recommend working with Kasey.
