He advised me what would take place, asked for my info, then asked if there was anything further he could do on this visit. He gave me a time frame for the work to be done, and was spot on. I was looking for a used Altima and found one online but it was in Woodbury. Scott took all information, and let us know we had an extended warranty, which we didn’t know. He gave us possible out of pocket costs up front.
