We have received great customer service and have not had any issues with the service performed on our vehicles. And for the last couple of years, BJ our service advisor has been Great. He has done his best when it comes to following-up with us, communicating and addressing our concerns and issues with our vehicle. And even when the news he has to share isn't always the best news, he let's us know what is needed and gives us options so that we can make the best decision for us at that time. Thomas Nissan is one of the only dealerships that will try to help you out as much as possible, I have no credit and have only been at my job for two weeks, but they still helped me finance my car I highly recommend going to them if your looking for a nice reliable vehicle.

I love this car except…, the exhaust or engine noise at 2500 to 3500 rpm. The other item that surprised me was the horn sound like a cheap little kiddie car. For $39000, I think they could have a decent horn in it. I sold Nissans for 18 years, this is the best Rogue they have produced yet. I would highly recommend this vehicle

Fantastic new engine and smooth new CVT. Interior of the platinum with the tan interior is just stunning. Excellent fuel mileage as well. As I said, nothing like the last Rogue.

2022 nissan rogue sv awd . great vehicle overall seats should be a little bigger . passenger front seat no height adjustment that was not a good feature. body style is good and lots of safety features , engine has some pep with quick acceleration, smooth ride with good music system.

I initially checked to see if the SUV I found on cars.com was still available to look at. After sending the email, via cars.com, I got a text back within a few minutes saying the SUV was available and a salesperson would check with me to set up an appointment. I spoke with Jamie shortly thereafter and met with her at the dealership. The SUV was washed and ready for me to see and test drive. The rest of the purchase experience was fantastic!! For me, number one of the top three car buying experiences ever. I’m now retired and have bought a lot of cars. No high pressure, just great customer service.
