I have been dealing with Philip Lombardi for the last few times that I have come in for service. He is very cordial to me as a customer, and I feel that he is very honest when he tells me what needs to be fixed with my car, even if it is something other than that which I originally came in for repair. I also like the fact that he goes over with me the details of what needs to be done and lets me decide if I want any additional work to be done or not. He is a definite asset to Lia Toyota in Northampton. I will continue to go there for service because of the treatment I receive from all associates, especially Philip Lombardi.

We have a long standing relationship with Mike Iacino at Acura of Avon. He makes it so easy to purchase a new vehicle. He knows his client and knows what that client would be happy with. I love this car except…, the exhaust or engine noise at 2500 to 3500 rpm. The other item that surprised me was the horn sound like a cheap little kiddie car. For $39000, I think they could have a decent horn in it. I sold Nissans for 18 years, this is the best Rogue they have produced yet. I would highly recommend this vehicle

Fantastic new engine and smooth new CVT. Interior of the platinum with the tan interior is just stunning. Excellent fuel mileage as well. As I said, nothing like the last Rogue.

2022 nissan rogue sv awd . great vehicle overall seats should be a little bigger . passenger front seat no height adjustment that was not a good feature. body style is good and lots of safety features , engine has some pep with quick acceleration, smooth ride with good music system.

My service advisor Taylor Smith, was excellent! Took a few days for my car to be fixed, which was inconvenient. I thought something should have been covered as clearly a design flaw in the vehicle - will never purchase a vehicle with a sunroof again! 2nd time I've had to bring my car in for the same problem. But coverage was denied, so I paid. However, I was treated very respectfully, and the car was ready when I was told it would be. And Taylor was AWESOME!

Recently traded in a VW Sportwagen previously bought from Crowley in 2011 for an off-lease Toyota RAV4 with very low miles. No pressure approach, and allowed me to cross-shop some other vevicles on their lot. They even allowed for some mild negotiation and made some concessions that I requested.
