So far I have been pleased with the performance of my Rogue. It just turned 20,000 miles. I'm reading some of the negative reviews and wondering if they take proper care of their vehicles. Time will tell if the 3 cylinder turbo is a winner.

How many times have you been to a dealer service department only to wait infinitely to even get a 'Hello'? I don't know about you, but to me, if the employee behind the counter has a disgruntled attitude, that will make me adapt the same attitude, and the experience will end up a total nightmare. What is important is how amazing Mariel was and how she very kindly and professionally took care of my vehicle. Dealer service advisors like Mariel are a needle in a haystack. Purchased a 2020 Toyota Sienna van in September 2024. Could NOT have been happier with this dealer. 1. I am an out-of-state buyer (Kentucky). Every 4 or 5 years I buy a later model used vehicle from Florida or Texas. Classic Chevrolet has been one of the best experiences to date. They picked me up at the DFW airport (they are 10 minutes away) and had me on the road in an hour. The paperwork can take time (not their fault - Texas takes a lot of time to process the title) but the 60 day temporary Texas tag means you can use the vehicle why you wait. And Texas does NOT collect sales tax for out of state buyers, you pay at your state when you get the title. NICE. 2. Easily the LOWEST dealer fees of ANY on-line seller as I shopped and got prices. Some dealers wanted close to $2,000 over advertised price, Classic's fees were about $500. SUPER reasonable. 3. The vehicle was in fantastic condition. Their used car prep was super. They even sent me on my way with a full tank of gas. 4. This is a HUGE Chevrolet dealer. As a Kentuckian, where we build Corvettes, I think I counted over 15 in stock NEW Corvettes in the sales area where I was processing my purchase. Apart from the Bowling Green plant, I have never seen so many new Corvettes in one place. 5. The staff were super friendly. Big shout out to Thomas Payne my sales guy. Retired army Master Sergeant. Had a great conversation while waiting for the business department to process my paperwork. Thank you for your service Thomas and for being such a gracious sales person. I highly recommend this seller, and would buy another vehicle from them if they had what I wanted.

Purchased my Rogue about one month ago. I previously owned a Lexus ES350 and wanted a small SUV but the luxury brands didn’t do it for me. Likes: Works well as a daily driver Has all the room I need SL trim level is very nice, love 360 camera Bought from a great dealership Dislikes The Bose sound system is horrible Mid 20’s MPG, could be better Overall, very happy with my choice and glad I didn’t go with the CX5 I almost bought.

I’m surprised, the reviews are so low honestly. I have put 6,000 miles on my 2023 Nissan rogue so far and I have not had any issues. I know a recall came out but I got it fixed. I honestly really like my rogue. I know not everyone will have a perfect experience but it’s a great car. I got the base trim, and was a little skeptical especially looking at the SV’s but if your looking for a car with just the perfect amount of tech I recommend buying the base model because you get a bang for your buck. Gas mileage is amazing! I have been averaging 36/37mpg. Coming from a 2015 Altima that got worse gas mileage it’s amazing. The only negative is that the seats really attract pet hair so make sure to have a lint roller in your car, but the car is perfect!
