Had it as a rental for about 2 weeks. It had like 36k miles on it. Not sure about the reliability but the back sensor is a disaster. Almost every time I was trying to back up it didn't let me cause it was thinking there's something or someone behind me when there was absolutely nothing and no one!! Also the adaptive cruise control turns itself off in most unpredictable situations and there's just a small hardly noticeable beep and a short notification on the screen too but you can miss it too in driving situations. So still thinking that it's on I almost crashed in a car in front of me. Other than that it seemed like ok vehicle with pretty comfortable interior if you don't mind absolutely hideous outside look;)

Jeff Wyler Nissan of Louisville Feb 5, 2025 Tammylemon93 I had my Nissan towed in because my 2023 Nissan rogue broke down on the side of the road. When it broke down, nobody contacted me. They lost the keys. They couldn’t find the keys in my nightmare began when you called there. Nobody called you back for days weeks needing to find out what was wrong with my vehicle and when they did call you back, it was as if you were speaking to someone???? Lights were not on!! It was so frustrating they were rude and they acted nice when you got there but when you are on the phone, they gave you very little information. Come to find out the vehicle needed. A whole new engine coolant leaked into the engine so the power train was damage damaged. I waited Six months for a rebuilt engine they claimed . We received the vehicle back in November one week later it broke down, we towed it back to Jeff Wyler. They gave us a dirty disgusting rental. We were lucky that we got that because getting a rental from them is frustrating alone the disease inside that car was so sick. We were told the car needed to learn the engine. We waited to get the car back we were told don’t ever come back when we did get the car back this was from Christie McCullough and Jack in service the service manager who pretends to be nice to you however behind your back not a nice guy we receive the car back come January it breaks down again. I emailed Jack I email Christine or Christie whatever her name is I never get a response back so I take it to Collins Nissan it’s the mass sensor fuel sensor. Jeff Wyler is liars. They said they would buy the car back because it was new and they were putting in a new engine. They gave me a horrible price. I bought it brand new. It was only four months old. They gave me the runaround. They never called, emailed they would put no documentation nothing in writing. I even would call Jeff Wyler the owner and he didn’t like that at all. Oops sorry what a horrible company I would never buy a Nissan ever this is why they’re going out of business. I still don’t have a vehicle to drive, as of February 2025, in June they could have bought the vehicle back, instead of making us wait months for a refurbished engine that cost per service department 25k, oh no Jack says. Ok sure however we are the ones who suffer, who have no vacation vehicle. I’m on disability without a car now if I fall because I have degenerative bone disease, I can barely walk, I have to take a cab because Uber really don’t come out where we live. I have to ask friends or rent cars. Unbelievable!

Purchased my Rogue about one month ago. I previously owned a Lexus ES350 and wanted a small SUV but the luxury brands didn’t do it for me. Likes: Works well as a daily driver Has all the room I need SL trim level is very nice, love 360 camera Bought from a great dealership Dislikes The Bose sound system is horrible Mid 20’s MPG, could be better Overall, very happy with my choice and glad I didn’t go with the CX5 I almost bought.

Imagine taking a much-needed summer trip with your family of four. It’s a busy summer week trying to squeeze in a long weekend with summer camps and family gatherings. To maximize your children’s opportunities to connect with peers and to create meaningful experiences you decide to leave late after camp on Thursday night. Then 150 miles into your trip- BANG- your one-year-old warranty backed vehicle suffers catastrophic engine failure. Your heart sinks. You put your trust in this company to transport your family hundreds of miles away, but they let you down. You’re on the side of the road, your kids are scared, your trunk is full, and you’re stuck the middle of nowhere with midnight approaching. That is precisely the situation I found myself in one July night. But not to worry, Nissan would take care of me, right? After all, the car was under warranty. Any cost incurred as a result of this engine failure ought to be covered. Or so I thought. Evidently Nissan has no interest in ensuring that you arrive at your destination safely, or that you can rely on their vehicles to transport you to and from your destination. And if you need to transport your inoperable vehicle to a dealership to be serviced- you’re on your own. The engine repair was covered, but the transportation costs incurred as a result of the failure were not. Nor were the rental costs for half of the time the vehicle was out of service. Nissan let me down again. I do not plan on giving them the opportunity to let me down a third time.

I’m surprised, the reviews are so low honestly. I have put 6,000 miles on my 2023 Nissan rogue so far and I have not had any issues. I know a recall came out but I got it fixed. I honestly really like my rogue. I know not everyone will have a perfect experience but it’s a great car. I got the base trim, and was a little skeptical especially looking at the SV’s but if your looking for a car with just the perfect amount of tech I recommend buying the base model because you get a bang for your buck. Gas mileage is amazing! I have been averaging 36/37mpg. Coming from a 2015 Altima that got worse gas mileage it’s amazing. The only negative is that the seats really attract pet hair so make sure to have a lint roller in your car, but the car is perfect!

I've had my car since June of 2023.
I've had my car since June of 2023. The engine seems like it's idling. The triming isn't fitting the car snuggly. The shift drive is too easy. It can go from reverse straight to drive without shifting to neutral then drive. I wish I could give it back to Nissan. For what I'm paying; the car isn't worth the money.

I purchased our 2023 Rogue SL in November, 2022.
I purchased our 2023 Rogue SL in November, 2022. I was thinking of buying a pickup and made an "impulsive" decision to purchase the Rogue instead. I had rented and shopped for other SUVs in the size range similar to the Rogue prior to purchasing ours. I think my review is more directed at Nissan rather than the dealership or the vehicle itself. I had Lojack installed upon purchase, by the dealership. Not long ago, Lojack caused a drain on my battery and I couldn't start my car. Dealership deferred repair or replacement to Nissan and Nissan rejected the repair claim. I paid way too much for Lojack to simply have it disconnected. Fortunately (so far) I haven't had another incident. Now, I will be having the upholstery on the front passenger side replaced (after several days, Nissan approved the repair). The car has just over 18k miles. I'm kind of wondering, what's next? Comfort wise, it's typical of that size vehicle. It does run smoothly and all the alerts, navigation, cameras, display are very good. It's really not what I set out to buy but I didn't want to go all over town looking for a car. It's on me so I'll deal with it. However, due to having to deal with Nissan for what seems like everything, I'll stay away from Nissan for future purchases.

I have a 22 Rogue SV.
I have a 22 Rogue SV. The car smells like raw fuel when running the defrost in cold weather. The dealer replaced the emissions tube twice but it didn't eliminate the smell. I was driving down the freeway and the engine started knocking and siezed. The car only has 17,000 miles.

I have a 2021 Nissan rogue, SV it’s roomy comfortable has all the bells and whistles I’m very happy with it they are nice suvs I’m actually going to look at it 2024 this week I am keeping my 2021 so I’ll have two no issues with it they could of done better with the suspension but no matter what type of car you get there’s always going to be something that can go wrong I like mine compared to other SUV’s I have had definitely worth it in my opinion very nice suv

Great little suv
I had purchased a 2022 rogue sv but was missing the bells and whistle from my 2019. So when my dealer reached out to me about a trade, I went for the 2023 sv awd with the premium package. Worth every penny. Now I have leatherette seats, sunroof, heated seats and wheels, and sidebars. I love the gas mileage plus the new seating system allows me to drive further before my back pain from a pinched nerve kicks in. I faithfully put snow tires on every winter as I live in harsh weather. I am very happy with this car.
