Shawn made buying a car a breeze. He was patient and kind. It was an unplanned purchase (our car was totaled) so there was already "pressure " that we had to purchase soon. Shawn did not add to that pressure, instead, he helped alleviate the pressure. Shawn took his time with us and didn't rush us and I didn't feel he was trying to just "get us in a car", which is what I experienced at other dealerships. Shawn did not take advantage of our situation of "needing a car". Shawn did not try to up sell or show us vehicles that were out of our price point. I’m surprised, the reviews are so low honestly. I have put 6,000 miles on my 2023 Nissan rogue so far and I have not had any issues. I know a recall came out but I got it fixed. I honestly really like my rogue. I know not everyone will have a perfect experience but it’s a great car. I got the base trim, and was a little skeptical especially looking at the SV’s but if your looking for a car with just the perfect amount of tech I recommend buying the base model because you get a bang for your buck. Gas mileage is amazing! I have been averaging 36/37mpg. Coming from a 2015 Altima that got worse gas mileage it’s amazing. The only negative is that the seats really attract pet hair so make sure to have a lint roller in your car, but the car is perfect!
