I contacted sales through email and Sean got back to me ASAP. He answered all of my questions including checking the lot personally to be positive he had the color I wanted. So far I have been pleased with the performance of my Rogue. It just turned 20,000 miles. I'm reading some of the negative reviews and wondering if they take proper care of their vehicles. Time will tell if the 3 cylinder turbo is a winner.

Likes: Works well as a daily driver Has all the room I need SL trim level is very nice, love 360 camera Bought from a great dealership Dislikes The Bose sound system is horrible Mid 20’s MPG, could be better Overall, very happy with my choice and glad I didn’t go with the CX5 I almost bought.

I’m surprised, the reviews are so low honestly. I have put 6,000 miles on my 2023 Nissan rogue so far and I have not had any issues. I know a recall came out but I got it fixed. I honestly really like my rogue. I know not everyone will have a perfect experience but it’s a great car. I got the base trim, and was a little skeptical especially looking at the SV’s but if your looking for a car with just the perfect amount of tech I recommend buying the base model because you get a bang for your buck. Gas mileage is amazing! I have been averaging 36/37mpg. Coming from a 2015 Altima that got worse gas mileage it’s amazing. The only negative is that the seats really attract pet hair so make sure to have a lint roller in your car, but the car is perfect!

Before I came to Roseville Toyota, I knew exactly which car I wanted: a 2022 Prius Prime LE in Blue Magnetism, and I was not willing to compromise on the color. After searching through all my local dealerships in Southern California, I was finally able to find one in transit to Roseville, abour 430 miles north of me. I worked with Ali Goibnazarov during the week leading up to the vehicle's arrival and my subsequent purchase. Fortunately for me, Roseville does not take deposits and sells its vehicles on a first come, first served basis, or I never would have had the opportunity to buy my car. Ali was a dream to work with. He went above and beyond to keep me informed about the status of the vehicle and when it would be expected to arrive on the lot. He was extremely responsive to my questions and responded promptly in all communications. Ali also was mindful of the distance I traveled for my visit and did everything he could to give me an opportunity to buy the car within the restraints of their no holding vehicles or deposits policy. I had picked out a vehicle online at Hertz's website (2014 Kia Forte EX) and went in to look it over and potentially purchase it. We called ahead and talked to Joseph Cardella who welcomed us right away when we got onto the lot. It was clear that he was knowledgeable about this specific vehicle and went above and beyond to take care of us and the car we were going to purchase. He and his manager, Fernando Rodriguez, did a wonderful job accommodating our budget needs in a way that reflected the quality customer service I've known Hertz to have for years. I highly recommend considering purchasing your car from these gentlemen.

We bought a 2019 Nissan Armada SL from Grant Brewer (Internet Sales Manager) at Future Nissan in Roseville over the holiday weekend. Coming from seeing two other Armada's (both at Toyota dealerships), we knew almost immediately we were in great hands with Grant and Future Nissan. Grant was genuine, professional, didn’t use scripted language, and was truly invested in helping our family get the Armada within our means. The Armada was impeccable, the price was amazing, the warranty was even better, and we were offered a great price for our trade right from the start. For all these reasons and with Grant’s help, we were able to close quickly and without unnecessary stress. Equally terrific was the finance manager, Bryan Nunes. Bryan was professional, patient, and wonderful to work with at closing. After we closed, Grant took extra time to connect my phone, showed me how to use all the fancy gadgets, took us through to service, introduced us to the parts manager, and patiently answered every single inquisitive question thrown at him by my 11-year-old. Although we don’t live in Roseville, we intend to have the Armada serviced at Future Nissan because of our positive buying experience. I saw some of these other reviews and just didn’t agree with them. These guys follow through. They have stayed in contact with me every week following my purchase of the Nissan Leaf. Making sure everything is living up to its promise. Making sure I don’t have any issues that they can address. Their customer service is top tier. They don’t play any games either. It took three visits to even purchase the car. They broke it all down for me and made sure that this purchase made sense for me before it did for them. I don’t want to blow up this screen with a paragraph but one more thing I will mention is how knowledgeable they are. 12/10 overall. Make sure you talk with Jason Jordan, Maria Kirkman or Steven Ponzo. They will have your back.
