Due to his mobility issues Denidra went out to the vehicle in the parking lot to handle the required paperwork and then went back out to present the check. I had an incredible experience with Micah. I originally called asking about in-house financing after another dealership backpedaled on my approval. My car was no longer safe to drive, and I needed something reliable. Micah told me to come see him and even waited for me to arrive. He was so personable and truly cared about helping me find a car I’d love. I never felt uncomfortable or pressured. My amazing experience with him didn’t stop after he got the sale. He continued to go above and beyond well after that. He even helped me unload my things from my old car into the new one in the rain. I spent 3 weeks at a dealership trying to get a car, thinking that was a good experience.. yet here I walked in at 4, and had keys to my new car by 6. I had my heart set on a Malibu, and I’ll never forget when he told me he had a surprise—it was an approval for the exact car I wanted. The manager (whose name I unfortunately didn’t get) was also very kind and worked with me to lower the down payment to something within my budget. Thanks to them, I was able to drive home in a car I love. I highly recommend Micah if you want someone that truly puts customers first!
