I'm a long time customer of Kelly Nissan Woburn and have purchased and leased cars there. This visit was for a used vehicle, so a slightly different experience because there are more variables. We worked with Shawn who was polite and helpful, greeting us warmly as soon as we arrived. We explained it needs and budget and he helped us talk through some different options. I’m surprised, the reviews are so low honestly. I have put 6,000 miles on my 2023 Nissan rogue so far and I have not had any issues. I know a recall came out but I got it fixed. I honestly really like my rogue. I know not everyone will have a perfect experience but it’s a great car. I got the base trim, and was a little skeptical especially looking at the SV’s but if your looking for a car with just the perfect amount of tech I recommend buying the base model because you get a bang for your buck. Gas mileage is amazing! I have been averaging 36/37mpg. Coming from a 2015 Altima that got worse gas mileage it’s amazing. The only negative is that the seats really attract pet hair so make sure to have a lint roller in your car, but the car is perfect!

This is a very reputable place. I did my research of reading reviews and experiences from others on looking for a place that will work with me and not pressure me which made it worth the long drive.
