I have been looking for a Subaru Baja fora while now and I finally did at carmax in salt lake. I was three hours away and couldn't get out there quickly so they held the car for me. FOR A WEEK. They had people come in and was wanting it.But they still held it. I wish they would negotiate on the price. But I got it at a good price. The car was in top shape and the interior is awesome. I’m surprised, the reviews are so low honestly. I have put 6,000 miles on my 2023 Nissan rogue so far and I have not had any issues. I know a recall came out but I got it fixed. I honestly really like my rogue. I know not everyone will have a perfect experience but it’s a great car. I got the base trim, and was a little skeptical especially looking at the SV’s but if your looking for a car with just the perfect amount of tech I recommend buying the base model because you get a bang for your buck. Gas mileage is amazing! I have been averaging 36/37mpg. Coming from a 2015 Altima that got worse gas mileage it’s amazing. The only negative is that the seats really attract pet hair so make sure to have a lint roller in your car, but the car is perfect!

In short, I would’ve have given a 5 if the overall process didn’t take so long! I had to return the next day because they took so long to get to the financing part. I waited an hour for the keys to test drive, then spent another 2 hours with the pricing asking questions etc. Granted they were thorough answering my questions. All in all not a terrible experience but wish they moved quicker.

We contacted them about a minivan they had in stock. Our Sales man Cole was great he sent us all the info we wanted, sent us many photos, and even a video walk around. Natalie their finance lady was also amazing, she was able to get us financed through their lenders which gave us a better terms. Love our new Sienna!
