I had a recall on my Ford Escape and brought it to Gallatin Ford. After three weeks of calling and email Jessica with no response, I called and she was on vacation. Lauren O'Neal took over and had me bring my car in that day to be assessed. Parts were ordered. Parts came in sooner than expected and Lauren called me to bring my vehicle in for the repairs. Lauren communicated with me in a timely and professional manner. I never had to call and feel like I was being a pest. My vehicle was repaired perfectly. Lauren was friendly, knowledgeable, and so nice to work with. It's so nice to be treated well and know your vehicle is repaired properly. So far I have been pleased with the performance of my Rogue. It just turned 20,000 miles. I'm reading some of the negative reviews and wondering if they take proper care of their vehicles. Time will tell if the 3 cylinder turbo is a winner.

I was recently stranded in Lebanon. This was an unfortunate and unpleasant experience. Being stranded is no fun. HOWEVER, thanks to the care, compassion, and professionalism of Brandy Perry, Desiree Dorris, and Robert Flietes, in particular, a very unpleasant experience was made much more tolerable. I had to have a new fuel pump and a new injection pump in a Dodge RAM 3500. Systematic troubleshooting identified the problems and they came up with a plan of action. A unplanned event was the defective injection pump that arrived and they had to work around that while trying to get me back on the road. Due to this event, it required extra time. No fault of their own. They were very supportive throughout the whole process. From the first time my truck was towed into the facility, they set me up with a rental for local transportation while getting through the repair process. My personal opinion is that they went above and beyond the mere requirements of their respective jobs to help me. Compassion...Care...Professionalism!

I’m very happy with my 2023 Nissan Rogue. It’s smooth, efficient, and has a sleek design. The cabin is spacious and packed with helpful features. It feels safe and reliable every time I’m behind the wheel. It’s a great all-around SUV.

I’m surprised, the reviews are so low honestly. I have put 6,000 miles on my 2023 Nissan rogue so far and I have not had any issues. I know a recall came out but I got it fixed. I honestly really like my rogue. I know not everyone will have a perfect experience but it’s a great car. I got the base trim, and was a little skeptical especially looking at the SV’s but if your looking for a car with just the perfect amount of tech I recommend buying the base model because you get a bang for your buck. Gas mileage is amazing! I have been averaging 36/37mpg. Coming from a 2015 Altima that got worse gas mileage it’s amazing. The only negative is that the seats really attract pet hair so make sure to have a lint roller in your car, but the car is perfect!

Love our new car, but wasn’t told the CD player didn’t work .( info was not listed anywhere ) After purchasing the car we contacted them and were told they would not fix it. So my advice is shop there, but check everything carefully and ask questions.

We first went to another Carmax, told salesman what we wanted and he Then tried to sale us something else. We then came to Rivergate Carmax told them what we were looking for and the ynpointed to a part of the lot and said salesman will be the shortly. No pressure in and out within 90 minutes with new van. No money down. Will definitely come back when get ready to buy again.
