I had the most pleasant experience today working with Selena. We met at 11am and after her firm handshake, within 30 seconds we bonded and I knew then I was at the right dealership. On the test drive we yakked like we'd known each all our lives. Everything went quickly and flawlessly. Juan was the nicest finance guy I've ever had and I've bought a lot of new vehicles in my 70+ years. I believe everyone that worked at Cherokee Co Nissan smiled and spoke to us while we were there. Very friendly, laid back bunch of folks with no pressure whatsoever. I highly recommend these people to handle your next vehicle buying experience. This is an awesome vehicle. My husband has an Acura & he is talking about turning his in and getting a Nissan for himself. So awesome on gas & the comfort and bells and whistles are great.

Ed. D was our salesman. He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions. Ed. D went above and beyond to make sure I was able to get the car I wanted. He found a car at another dealership and brought it to us so that I could take a look at it and make my decision. His willingness to work with other dealerships to get what I wanted was very impressive. He was also thorough in explaining all of the features and details of the car so I knew exactly what I was getting. He was professional, helpful, and friendly throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend Ed to anyone looking for a car sales representative!

Went in for standard oil change/tire rotation, brake replacement, and a recall issue. They did everything, but the tire rotation (or they didn't reset the sensor). Either way this is the first time in 2 years of maintenance that something of this nature happened with my experience.

The only prob I really had, was that I really needed a loaner/rental and never got one. Granted, the service I rec'd from Matthew mostly made up for that. He was the first service writer out of 7 yrs worth, that listened to me and did all he could to determine the issues with my Rogue. I honestly could have hugged him (but Covid), because I am just so thankful I had an ear from someone that heard what I was saying and took it in and diagnosed it accordingly. This is my second Rogue I've owned and both have had AC issues and I am happy to report, my AC has worked perfectly since picking my car back up. Also, they only had my car for about 4 days total taking the weekend into account. Will gladly bring my vehicle back as long as I can deal with Matthew.
