When my wife started looking a few months ago she spent a lot of time on the internet. When she found the Kia Sportage she wanted at Hertz it meant a trip to Charlotte (1 1/2 hours away). They did a great job. Brandon Scott is a great service writer and I ALWAYS request him if possible! The waiting area has been updated with new furniture and both TVs were working just fine. Snacks and coffee, etc. were also available. All-in-all, a great experience, thanks!

I took my car in for a recall to Scott Clark Nissan. They called me yo let me know. When I got there Nigel helped and said it would be a lot less time than I was originally told and he was right. It took only 1 122 hours vs 4. The work was fine great. Got the car back cleaner. Everything’s great. Nigel helped greatly. Excellent in every way.
