We needed a new car and we came to the office of Kelly nissan, right in the parking lot, an employee approached us and it was Andy. He told us everything about the car we liked, conducted a test drive, answered all our questions, helped us make a deal, we were very lucky that Andy worked with us, thank him for that. Also, thanks to General manager Ben, who offered us the best conditions for buying a car. We were very satisfied with the service of the guys.

My fiancé and I recently visited this dealership looking to purchase a car we had seen online that we were very interested in (something we haven’t done in over 10 years!). Shauntel was amazing! I walked in after getting turned down by so many other dealerships who really waisted my time.I was going to buy a cash car but she convinced me she could help. And she did! I walked away with 2025 Nissan truck.... She did that. The wait wasn't horrible I'm lying it was, but I walked away with a car though with a cheaper note then my previous car.... She was personable, patient and made sure I was satisfied at the end of the day....

Ask for CESAR, he is the best! He is amazing and makes the process really smooth. My mom and I were bracing ourselves going into a car dealer. Preparing mentally for the oncoming “pushy salesmen.” And then…instead, we get the most friendly and personable salesperson- Cesar. He was helpful and extremely knowledgeable, not only about the vehicle itself, but in walking me through the entire process. He set the bar across the board for a perfect customer experience. At the end, I left my airpods and sunglasses and I have been agonizing over them. He reached out and let me know he had them and followed up several times to be sure I got them back.
