Had to have my car towed to Hamilton so it was not an appointment. I called ahead to let them know it would be arriving and Larry answered. He acted like it was an every day occurrence---no problem. Said he would mark it as a drop off and call me in the morning. He then proceeded to LISTEN to me as I described the problem. The next day he called with the diagnosis and solution. He kept me informed through the process and everything went very smoothly. I am very pleased. Larry was great!
