Thank you Ziegler Honda for helping me out with my recent car troubles. My 2012 Nissan Rogue needed a new transmission as well as a number of other repairs. So when I came in to Ziegler Honda, I had a bit of anxiety. I wasn't sure if I was going to repair my 2012 Rogue, purchase a used vehicle or something else. Cesar was so kind from start to finish. Even though I'm sure I was frustrating/difficult at times, asking a lot of questions and being quite cautious, Cesar stayed calm and was so friendly. He even asked his manager Max to come over to help answer some of my questions. Max and Cesar worked hard to find a comfortable payment plan for me and were able to put me into a 2025 Honda Civic lease. They calmed my fears about a lease, answered all my questions and treated me as if I was family. Beyond Max and Cesar, the entire Ziegler Honda team were kind and welcoming. Going in and out of the dealership, doors were opened by other team members. As I waited at Cesar's desk while he worked on finding something that would work within my budget, other team members walking by would make eye contact, smile and ask if I needed water, or even offered a sub sandwich. The entire Ziegler team made me feel welcome and important. Max and Cesar really went above and beyond to get me into a reliable vehicle that I was comfortable with. I came in on 4/27/19 with my parents to browse around. My parents were looking for a new Rouge and I was looking for a used car. Nick and Khalil were absolutely phenomenal! They are definable not your typical car salesmen. They felt more like friends who were excited to help us with getting our new cars and were genuinely great people. They gave us undevided attention for hours while we asked a ton of questions to make sure we were confident with our purchases. They also gave us a great deal for buying two cars. Kim in finance is such a sweet woman to work with as well. All in all best car buying experience I’ve ever had. I will never purchase a car from anywhere besides here in the future, I suggest you do as well!

We bought a used car from Xochitl , and she was amazing! Super helpful from beginning to end. It was the best car buying experience that I’ve had.
