My husband and I went in to Middletown Nissan to see a 2017 Infiniti QX70 that was on Cars.com. I was apprehensive because my car that I owned was still fairly new and in excellent condition but have always loved the QX70 so went to see. Needless to say, we left with the car.
The process was very relaxed. Our Sales Representative, Kaylen Torres was very helpful and did not push at all knowing I was struggling with the decision to trade in my car. During the buying process, we were asked what they could do for us to finalize the decision of buying the new car. Honestly, that was the first time I have experienced that at a car dealership.

Over the last five years I have had multiple issues with my nissan sentra. Last month my transmission went on the car and the total of repairs was more than I left to pay on the car. I was extremely irate due to all the issues this car has caused. The old manager that I dealt with repeatedly told me there was nothing he can do. I stopped going to Nissan because I felt like I wasn't getting anywhere. I decided to deal with them one more time. The managers name now is Gino and he was polite, helpful and understanding. I was extremely satisfied with his customer service and how he handled my entire situation. I am appreciative and thankful for Gino and Nick who did the work on the car. Not only did he solve the problem, but in a timely matter. I would recommend Nissan Middletown service center as well as Gino and Nick for all servicing needs.

I had a great experience buying a used vechile from these guys. I had so many bad experiences at other dealerships and these guys really took care of me. They got me exactly what I wanted at the price I wanted and proceed to make sure the vechile was ready to drive. Calvin my salesmen went above and beyond to make the experience a great one. Josh in the service department went through the car to make sure it was good to go and got me driving my new vechile. I 've never been so thrilled with a purchase!!
What an awesome car buying experience. I have had a lot of bad experiences in the past when shopping for a car. This time it was amazing. The salesmen Calvin treated me very well and he the Sales Manager worked to get me into a car I absolutely love. It was a trade in so it had just come in they made sure that got me in for service and made sure the car was in tip top shape for me. I never had such a great experience at a dealership. Everyone there is so friendly and I felt so well treated by everyone including Josh in the Service Department who made sure my car was good to go. If I could give them 6 stars I would. I am so happy with my car and I hope I have it for a long time but when I am ready for another car I will be coming back to them.
Thanks to Victoria our sales person we are now driving a 2017 rogue sport, She was polite and not pushy which we liked she let the car sell it self, And we can not say enough about the rest of her team who helped us get out of the lease we had and into the nisson. And a last word we did not make it easy for anybody that day but they stuck with us which allowed us to stick with them!!!!!!!!!!!
A Better Way Auto has been good to deal with. Steve and George on the sales floor we???re a pleasure to work with. Despite the very busy environment, they took the time to work with us and made it clear that they CARED about our ???new??? car. They saw to it that the minor problems we noticed were resolved. A cracked windshield was replaced and when they couldn???t find a match for some missing lug nuts, they upgraded us with nicer rims & tires! Trooper took care of the paperwork and he gave us confidence that things would be done 100% correctly. Having said all this, prospective clients should bear in mind that buying a vehicle on a wholesale basis is different from buying a CPO or a used car via a full service dealership. You get a 60 day limited warranty and after that, you???re on you own. Be sure to take the time to carefully inspect every aspect of the vehicle possible before you commit to purchasing.
