I recently leased a new Altima from Burnsville Nissan and as always received outstanding customer service. This is the fourth car I have either purchased or leased from this dealership and Tony Schutz and David Lavanger were both excellent. They were both great communicators and well organized during the entire process. They really listened to me and were very helpful in every respect, including explaining the new technology in my new car. I couldn’t have asked for more! I really enjoyed working with Andrew. He was patient and listened to my current needs in a car. Andrew was also transparent with wait times due to deliveries on the day of my transaction and suggested rescheduling to later in the day to avoid a long in-person wait. Andrew and the team also helped adjust my lease terms to make it work for my budget.

I worked with Christian on my purchase. I purchased from out of state as Kline had a good deal on the vehicle color and options that I was looking for. Christian was very courteous and professional and was quick to respond to any questions or concerns. We worked with Walser Nissan in Burnsville to move from an expiring lease on a 2020 Rogue to a new lease on a 2023 Rogue. Nelson Guevara Zambrano, the Customer Specialist we worked with was excellent in explaining and completing the process. Dave Levander initiated the process which is greatly appreciated. Kale Xiong, Sales Manager, was also involved in the team approach. The non pressure sales approach of Walser Nissan was greatly appreciated. After a couple of weeks of my husband generously sharing his car, I felt it was time to get my own. I spent four solo days shopping in and out of dealerships, driving various brands. Came in with a deal in mind, left with that deal. The sales manager directed me right to Phil; Phil exemplifies the perfect sales person. Easy, roll with it attitude - quick transaction.
