This is my 3rd car to purchase from this dealership and Scott May. Always professional and they work hard to make the best deal. Rocky Campbell works hard to get you the best trade in value and interest rate.
This was our first Toyota to purchase. The Hylander comes highly recommended by Consumer Reports and many others. We know Ben personally, but he was very professional and helpful during our decision process without being overbearing. Kodey also was very helpful during the financing part. We are very happy with our purchase.
I dropped my vehicle off for oil change, rotate and balance. I verbalize my request to Larry and female staff member who checked over my vehicle. I specifically requested for a mat to be used to avoid oil stains on my carpet and to be careful when balancing because I previously had rims damaged. Larry obliged. A balance was not conducted on my vehicle per my request. I was allowed a coupon discount. Now I will have to reschedule a balance for my vehicle and be inconvieniced.
Just bought our third new vehicle from Yazell. Everything about the car buying experience is great. These folks don't pressure or hassle you and aren't out there to squeeze every penny out of you. The exact opposite experience of your stereotypical car buying process. Won't be our last car we buy from Yazell...totally worth driving up from Houston.
