Anthony Witherspoon was a phenomenal salesman. I met him two years ago and he advised me that it wasn???t the best time for me to buy a vehicle. Most salesmen would push you to purchase a vehicle by any means necessary. I appreciated his honesty and I knew when I was ready to buy my next Honda, I would give him the sale. He did not disappoint! I drove off in my 2018 Honda Accord with a payment that was well within my means!

Salesman Robin is wonderful,very professional, patient & kind. Best customer service I have had at a car dealership in awhile. We came in just to check out customer service before buying car but left out with the vehicle that night,we just picked up our hard tags 1 month later and we are very pleased.
A little oil change and tire rotation almost turned into a bad accident. After leaving the dealer i heard a little noise coming from the front drivers side. As soon as i had an opportunity i pulled over and every bolt on the front tire was loose. I was able to get the lug wrench from the trunk and tighten just enough to get back to the dealer. I was lucky i pulled over in time avoiding a disaster and a nice lawsuit if something worse happened. I know this is not everyone, but they need a quality check to avoid mishaps.
I visited and subsequently purchased a new Ford Escape at Norris on Nov 8 2018. My salesman, Jason Catanzariti, was awesome in his knowlege of the Escape and the Edge. He explained to me all the bells and whistles that the Escape and Edge had. It took me a while to decide between the 2 modles and Jason was very patient with me. I recommend Jason highly. Also, the FI Manager, Will Watson, handled the financing of my new vehicle and the extended warranty very quickly and professionally.
As soon as you walk in to the place you feel like royalty. Its Awesome inside and they helped me buy my focus more than the ford dealer did. I will be back Bryan to buy my daughters car when ready Thank you !

I can't believe I was in and out in about an hour and had coffee in the waiting room as a bonus. My sales associate was Jordan Bates. Upon meeting Jordan, he greeted us and apologized about being a little late. He had a customer he was assisting before us and their appointment went a little longer than expected. Jordan made us very comfortable immediately; he asked if we needed anything such as beverages or anything else to ease this process. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I inquired about and soon asked me if I wanted to test drive the vehicle. While driving, he told me more about the features of the vehicle, and had great general conversations. Normal car salesmen try to force me to buy a vehicle I inquire about; but Jordan did not do that at all. I did not feel pressured to buy the car. He was also able to get me the rate I wanted regarding this car. I would definitely refer him to family and friends who are looking for a new vehicle.
