Ben has always been very helpful every time that I have came in with an issue with my car. Whether it has been a tire replacement, wheel replacement, or regular maintenance, Ben has went out of his way to help out!
Before my service appointment and I had purchased a fog light assembly and the service department willingly installed it. My service assistant, Cole was very willing to answer questions I had related to the 50,000 mile maintenance and I was very pleased with the service.

When we purchased our vehicle, I was a little frustrated with a couple of minor things. Ms. Tracy , from the dealership , called me and apologized for the oversight. She was very friendly and sincere. They had a very busy day on the day we were there and was running behind. I sincerely appreciated her taking time to call me and making things right, in a world of customer service being a thing of the past, it is nice to know that Superior really does care about the customer.
