I'm in the process of buying with this Hertz location. Paul has been a great help and he's promptly answered all of my questions either via email, text, or phone call. The car I am looking at was not processed yet, when I first spotted it on their lot. I have been kept in the loop the entire time. Amazing service!! Quick and easy and HONEST! I was emailing with Sam about an Excursion I was finally able to check out on Sunday June 9. Sam was gone for the day but another NO pressure salesperson assisted me at which time I noticed a unique Navigator parked right next to the Excursion which I took for a test drive. Left an hour later NO pressure emailed Sam an offer that evening for BOTH cars he could pick which one to accept. I returned the next day to buy the Excursion. It was simple and quick. However, as he was turning over the Excursion to me we talked about the Navigator, which was basically new and I would need to Finance to buy it. He said we will take my offer and I bought a second car on the spot. Since the car was virtually new I didn’t really need to inspect it as I probably should have. From the looks of the cars at Jims I could see they are in top notch condition. Well, the next day I pick up the Navigator take it straight home and put it in the garage and went away for several day in my new Excursion which ran great!! However upon retuning home I was coming down the stairs in my oversized garage and much to my shock I noticed a few flaws on the roof which was an issue for me. I immediately snapped a few pics and sent an email to Sam. Sam not only promptly responded assuring me he/they had NO idea that issue was there which I completely believed (yes he is that honest and straightforward). Sam had talked to the owner “Jim” and agreed they would take care of it. Sam immediately arranged for me to return the Navigator to have it properly repaired to my satisfaction! Now I help purchase at least 2 cars a year (primarily used) for my business, friends and family because they hate the car buying experience. I now feel I have an honest dealership I can confidently recommend. I rarely write a review BUT I just couldn’t let this opportunity go! Check out Jim’s Auto Sales in Harbor City at least but I have to believe this is how they do business at all their locations. Good quality used cars they stand behind! I look forward to more positive results as the Navigator is checked out.

My review may be a little early as I have only had the Titan for 2 1/2 months. However, the Titan performs! I have a SV 4X4 MIDNIGHT EDITION its exterior styling is eye appealing and it does not look like "Everybody Else's Truck"! The Titan's interior is a worthy compliment to the exterior in stying and functionality. Hopefully I will never need to avail myself to the 5 year/100,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty, but it is nice to know that it is there. I would put my Titan up against anyone's Ram, Silverado, or F150 and be very confident of having the superior truck.

I've had my 2019 Texas Titan edition for 3 years now. I test drive the F150 and the 1500 Silverado but this Titan interior quality was so much better. Thicker windows for a quieter ride and thicker dashboard that doesn't feel like cheap plastic. I've got 80K miles on this now with zero issues. No complaints at all and so happy I went with this. I don't haul anything heavier than 3K lbs so I can't speak to heavy hauling. Every day driving and long distance riding it's fantastic.

I got tired of the game at other dealerships, Carmax was transparent, professional, and friendly. I can't see how anyone could give them any less then 5 stars, and I am a tough customer, when it comes to customer service!!!

I have had Nissan Titans for many years now and just recently purchased a 2023 Titan. Overall it’s a great truck but this particular truck has a shifting issue that seems to downshift hard when driving in normal mode and not all the time where it will bump hard forward. I have had the dealership look at it and they said it was normal but could not replicate it so whatever that means.

Very happy with my Titan Pro 4x. Everything in this truck is convenient and user friendly. Right blend of tech and ease of use. Seating is comfortable with great appointments. Panoramic roof option with ventilated seats is a great addition. Had many choices to consider. After looking at Ford, GM and Ram the Titan shined above all 3. Fit & finish inside and out is superior in every way. The 5 year 100k bumper to bumper warranty is by far best in the business.

2021 SV 24000 miles Value is awsome, only 34,000 dollars Very powerful and smooth shifts, goes up steep hills like hot knife thru butter. Did not give 5 star because: Info center surface glass stained not able to clean off imperfections. Center console does not stow to make 3 person front seat Steering wheel too small, can't drive with my knee when both my hands are busy. Poor visibility out back and side windows

I was referred to Felix by my uncle and he was not wrong about the quality of their service. Jonathan from the Service Department assisted me with 2 issues I had with my Equinox that were still under warranty. Making an appointment over the phone was much easier than doing it online, but as soon as I dropped the car off at Felix, Jonathan took care of everything. He updated me on the status of the vehicle and gave me a timeframe of when he expected the work to be completed. My car was in the shop longer than I had hoped, but I?m just glad the service techs were able to figure out the problem and fix it. I did notice an issue after I picked up my car, but Jonathan was right on top of it after I reported the problem. They resolved the issue in a timely manner. Everyone I came in contact with at Felix was very helpful and kind. I?ve been to other Chevy dealers before but Felix Chevrolet is top notch.

Just bought this truck and love it. With the price of trucks these days it seemed like the best value out there. I haven't had it long enough to give it an honest overall or reliability rating, but I suspect I'm pretty spot on. Overall, this vehicle drives very tight, the suspension is very solid, and it's quiet enough. Would recommend.

Absolutely love everything about this truck. Comfort, reliability, power, and towing. The only complaint I have is that I wish the paint didn't chip so easily.

I've owned a lot of full size pickup trucks over the years. I will say this truck is not the best on the market for gas consumption. But Comfort, Power When Towing, And ride quality is top shelf. I'd buy another in a second. I'd stay in this year range though.

My titan drives great. It is very roomy I like how everything is in reach and I love the way it looks. They had my favorite shade of red.

My first full size (2015 S )and love it my friends and coworkers have the big three and always have some problem but stick to them I bought it with 23000 and have now 58000 all I have done is brakes I pull a travel trailer with ease 4000lbs up and down mountains ( north Georgia) would buy another one when needed will recommend bad news is they will be discontinued after2023 or 24 but I'll enjoy while I have it

Good truck very reliable yes mileage is not the greatest but you should not own a truck if you worry about gas get a smart car. Then you can worry about the price of maintenance speaking of which only done the basic to my Titan.

Bought 2018 Titan used a year ago. It gets used about two days a week on average. So far its been great. Biggest issue is very stiff suspension.
