Best car buying experience of my life. Made an online inquiry on Thursday around noon, and by Friday afternoon we were driving to Smart Honda from Omaha to pick up our new Odyssey. Clay Olson was awesome to work with. Prompt, clear, fair, understanding, etc... everything you could want. They made a very fair offer up front on both the sale of their car and the trade value on our old car. I was prepared to negotiate, but I didn't have to. This is my second Honda Odyssey Elite having traded in my 2019 for a 2023. Why did I make the trade? I hadn't had any problems with my 2019, but the trade in value of my 2019 made the purchase of a 2023 a "no brainer". I had considered purchasing a Toyota Sienna Platinum because of the fuel economy. But the price of the Toyota was so much higher than the Honda, especially when you consider that the Rear Seat Entertainment System costs extra on the Toyota and dealers are adding premiums above MSRP. I calculated I would have to drive the a Toyota around 80,000 miles before I would actually begin saving money on gasoline.

Hassle free straightforward. Polite and helpful staff. Quick financing process. Knowledgeable staff able to answer all questions and help me learn to use my new cars features.

My family of 6 has had this van from coast to coast and it has been a dream, haven't had one problem. We keep it maintained from the dealership, no electrical or mechanical problems at all. Highly recomended

Great vehicle! Gas mileage is amazing for an 8 passenger vehicle, love the cool box, love the blind spot camera, and the ride is very smooth. It's very safe too. When I was in a bad accident in my 2016 Odyssey my children and I came out with only two of us having minir injuries. Definitely recommend this van!

Outside that I had to wait a while before I got any sales assistance, everything else went smooth. It was a holiday weekend though.

We owned a 2019 Pacifica and traded it (with only 51,000 miles) for a 2023 Pacifica Pinnacle. We traded early because we didn't want a hybrid, yet. This one is Red and gasoline...beautiful. Having a wonderful time, enjoying all its luxuries.

Oil change/ Battery check, overall experience was Good facility was clean , coffee and snacks available, staff pleasant and helpful. Would not hesitate to recommend Dewey to family and friends

I purchased the limited version. I am really happy with how it looks and performs so far. Plenty of room and no more arguments between children. They all have their own space. Took it on a long vacation and it performed great! With all the room and all the hooks up for all the kid’s devices it was great. Even has a hook up so our cooler ran all the time. No need to worry about it loosing power when the car was not running. I love my car, best car so far. I never considered myself a minivan person till now! The kids enjoy going on road trips now. The third roll setting is a game changer! All the grandkids fight for that setting. I have to agree it is pretty darn comfortable I would say it’s worth the price.

This car has lasted me over 10 years and it was a beautiful piece of metal. Over 240,000 miles and she was a sexy gal. She would be pushing over 115 on the highway with that V6 engine. God I miss her.

Very clever stow away seats make it like an enclosed truck. Comfortable. Handles and accelerates better than I expected. We'll see about reliability. I would have liked to get more of the extra cost options.

This car meets every expectation. We could not ask for anything else. It is the Pacifica Limited. We would love the Carmel leather but black works just fine. Best feature from other vans is the flat stow and go. We can drive our two mobility scooters straight in.

Their reply was prompt and friendly. I just felt the price was high considering the shape the body of the truck was in.

My Dad has bought 4 cars from Toms before he over he passed away. I myself have bought at least 2 as far as I am concerned Toms auto is the only place to go for a Used car! I do have a problem with the hood,because I have rust on the edges .I don't think I should have to worry about rust on the xxxx hood.

My car had been serviced by another local jeep dealership yet I still found myself sitting on the side of the road 2 days later. I called Dewey Dodge/Jeep and was blessed to find Stacey. She has gone above and beyond to help me throughout the repair process. She has managed the extended warranty as well as assisting with the repair of damage incurred by the other dealer. Joe was my go-to guy at one of the lots where this vehicle I was interested in is they have four lots in Des Moines. It's always wanting to come up there and have the vehicle taken to another shop nearby and pay to have it inspected so I can find out what it needs and decide if I wanted this still purchase it with whatever it needed and that was no problem but they wanted me to fill out the credit app online and that was cool and Danny but there's no reason to pull a hard hard copy of my credit report if I'm coming up to go look at the vehicle because if there's more things that need to be done to where then I want to put into it I probably wouldn't do the deal and I'd have a hard thing on my credit report that I wouldn't be able to get taken off so other than that them telling me to go do that even though they knew I wanted to get it checked first was my only irritation. But something came up and I had to register another vehicle that I have in my personal access right now so I may have to wait a couple months before I want to go up there and do that but my job allows me to travel all over so I might get to go up there if I can this month and check out the vehicle to see if it's something that I really really want before someone else gets it so yes Joe I appreciate you working with me and look forward to consuming this business transaction soon. I have had my Ford in for basic oil changes/transmission flushes and one repair here. Getting a loaner was easy, and was a new car that was clean. They even warmed it up and cleared the snow off of it. Through the repair process, I was informed whenever necessary, and never treated as a bother with any questions I had. The work was done correctly, and my vehicle was treated with respect and was not dirty when I picked it up. And when I picked it up, they pulled it into the service area, warmed it up, and scraped the windows while I was paying! The dealership itself is pleasant, and offers WiFi, decent coffee, a parts section, and of course, a showroom that always seems to have a Mustang or an ST model of some sort to drool over while you wait. Also, plenty of seating. The staff is friendly and willing to please. (Unlike another Ford dealer I've been to, where I was unhappy with even the work on my vehicle, and the customer service...won't say names, much as I want to.) When I buy another vehicle, if it's a Ford I decide on, I'm going to Dewey. I'm doing all my service there, too. If you had a bad experience with another dealer's service department on Merle Hay, go here instead. So much better, and couldn't ask for better service! See? Didn't drop a name...just a hint.
