This is my second Honda Odyssey Elite having traded in my 2019 for a 2023. Why did I make the trade? I hadn't had any problems with my 2019, but the trade in value of my 2019 made the purchase of a 2023 a "no brainer". I had considered purchasing a Toyota Sienna Platinum because of the fuel economy. But the price of the Toyota was so much higher than the Honda, especially when you consider that the Rear Seat Entertainment System costs extra on the Toyota and dealers are adding premiums above MSRP. I calculated I would have to drive the a Toyota around 80,000 miles before I would actually begin saving money on gasoline.

Fadil helped us as he listened to our preferences and took care of everything. Negotiated quickly on vehicle price and threw in some extras for free. Fadil was honest ans did everything he said he would do without any tricks or trying to raise the price. We've had some bad experiences in the past so this was great. Thanks Fadil!

An excellent comfortable kid hauler. Or if you prefer to haul a furniture it will get the job done better than a pickup truck. We love our Odyssey. This is our third Odyssey having owned a 2007. 2013 and now a 2024.

After months of research, I recently purchased a vehicle from Honda of Tiffany Springs, which comes highly recommended by my acquaintances in the car business. Sales & Leasing Specialist Paul Meeks readily answered my many questions over the course of several weeks. Having made my last new car purchase more than 40 years ago, Mr. Meeks' calm demeanor gave me much-needed peace of mind. Kudos to Internet Manager Deana Tasoulas, who initially responded to my online query, as well as Finance Manager Anthony Cecena, who talked me through multiple documents. Topher McNeil did a wonderful job of walking me through the many technological aspects of my 2025 Honda HR-V EX-L, which, I might add, is Nordic Forest Pearl, not green. 🥳 I have joked this may be my last car purchase. Great car but serious security issues exist with the HondaLink app. Since I purchased the car over 2 months ago, I have been connected to someone else’s car. I can see their location, start their car, unlock and lock their car any time I please. I have confirmed this by doing a google search for their address and making personal contact with them since Honda said there was no way their system was functioning this way, so I had to spend time proving to them that indeed it does. Honda has been aware of this for 2 months and thus far has done nothing about it. I call them weekly or more often than that and yet still they do nothing about it.

Had a very good experience. Julio, our salesperson, was very personable and didn’t pressure at all. If I had it to do again I probably wouldn’t have purchased the extended warranty. I did find a problem with the passenger side sun visor but we will see if they can help me out with it. I love the vehicle.

A good car relatively stable in good conditions the only things that annoy me about the car is how slow the transmission is the engine makes good enough power for it but the transmission just sucks at shifting on time and can confuse itself. The other issue is the bulid quality on it. after ten years it starts to rust understandably but the seats are degrading and things no longer fit together like they should.

Mr Franklyn was a number 10 sales representative. He covered all our questions completely and was very informative on the CR-V we purchased. We would certainly purchase a vehicle from Lee's Summit Honda because of Mr Franklyn.

We love our minivan. Just make sure you get a mechanic to check it out before you but it and negotiate the price. 2 more words
