Great assistance from service representative, no unwanted add ones, even told me one of the services I requested was not due at this time. Found out why I requested that particular service and told me I actually had another issue that was giving me the same issues a broken bolt in the exhaust system causing a reduction in gas mileage. We purchased a mini-cooper for our daughter from Kirkpatrick Auto. Mr. Kirkpatrick was very kind and at no point did we feel taken advantage of. Several people have complained, but our experience was great! Our daughter loves the car and there is nothing wrong with the vehicle. Our advice……buy the extended warranty if you have concerns. Remember…..it’s a USED vehicle.

Starts right up runs great,and awesome gas for a vehicle that has over 300k although it did have a engine rebuild at around 200k overall its in remarkable condition for its age,this vehicle has been well maintained i went through all the service records that the previous owner gave me,not bad at all. If your looking for reliable older mini van definently go with the Sienna

I got a great car at a great price. A/C didn't work, and there was minimal hail damage, but over all a really nice car buying experience! Mike made the experience easy and pleasant.

This vehicle has been a great resource for a long time, lasted about 10-11 years, or longer than that. We had some issuues with the extieror body but yeah.

I bought a 2008 2500 diesel 8 years ago. It had a aftermarket lift. When I had problems with it , death wobble. Tony figured it out and fixed it.

Very clever stow away seats make it like an enclosed truck. Comfortable. Handles and accelerates better than I expected. We'll see about reliability. I would have liked to get more of the extra cost options.

This is not a fancy lot, but has quality used vehicles at fair prices. We're glad we drove to Sapulpa to buy.

The only negative is went to open passenger front door and the whole door handle came off. Will cost between $150.00 and &300.00 to get a new handle (plastic)put on. This is our second Sedona)

After visiting multiple dealers in and around the Bentonville, I was expecting the worst when I went to see this 'small' dealer in the outskirts of Tulsa. I was led here by a nice looking car on cars.com. I confess, the name Bishop's Corner Auto Sales did nothing great for my confidence and it didn't go up as I drove into the lot. But boy oh boy, was I in for a surprise!!! Not only was Elliot really friendly with the sale of the Honda Accord, he made it a breeze with the entire process. I really loved the experience from start to finish. Unlike dealers that are either overpriced or keen on offering financing options and nothing else, he shared all the information he had about this car. He let me take my time in looking around on the car, answered all the questions I had, suggested the streets to drive in (a boon for an out-of-towner) to experience how the car felt in highway and city speeds with a blend of traffic and no-traffic. It was no pressure sales and I have a great product at a friendly price. When I suggested a trade-in, he worked late to try and ensure I did not have to drive back all the way to Tulsa another time. It was definitely worth my while and I am thrilled I still went with my gut to go to this 'small' place 20 miles from Tulsa. He suggested taking the car to an authorized dealer (unlike others that run helter skelter at the mention of dealer). Just like Paul Potts or Susan Boyle on BGT, where a nonchalant, almost nondescript looking someone took people's breath away and left them with a big smile, this little place gave me the best experience and the biggest smile I have had with buying a car. Great reliable cars. Bought mine at over 150k miles and it still runs like a champ. Car had been maintained regularly by the previous owner which is what is necessary to prolong its life and I intend to continue doing the same.

Rebecca Moore (Service Advisor) helped me today with a liftgate problem on my Rogue. She was able to fix it, where I thought I was going to have to have a service mechanic diagnose and fix it. It cost me nothing and could not be happier. She is very friendly and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend her. Every car coming in to service was getting vacuum before it left the bay. That is a notch above most dealerships.

We are Sienna fans! We've had a 2004 and now a 2014. We like the comfortable ride, intuitive controls, great visibility and the awesome reliability.

This car is wider than other minivans, providing more space and legroom for the kids. It drives ultra smooth and is super comfortable. Only complaint is that there is only 1 built in USB port and is located in the glove compartment.

I owned a 2014 sienna limited premium and was the best vehicle I have ever owned in my 50 years of driving, owning 16 different cars, Suvs and Vans. I purchased a 2017 Toyota Sienna Limited Premium AWD and I like it but I don't like the way it shifts, its very jerky. I did get a computer engine software update that helped very much. The engine having 40 more horse power would make me think that it would have tremendous power compaired to my 2014, but it did not. So it purchased a what call (chip your car) that connects under the dash to get more refindment in the performace, to unleash the filtered performance and it did. What a difference in performance. I purchaced the chip for 150.00 and its worth every penny. I am a performance guy especially when driving a nice van. So with the Toyota Software upgrade and my computer chip upgrade now we have a nice performace running van which my 2014 had also.

I was contacted by my service advisor Geoff with an update on the progress of my vehicle. He was also able to get me a loaner vehicle which was very much appreciated. I was provided daily updates also which helped me through the experience I was dealing with. I have been contacted that my vehicle is completed at this time and headed over to pick it up today. Great day. I would like to Thank my service advisor Geoff for keeping informed and going above and beyond to ensure my experience was pleasant. You'll be lucky if you get Geoff as a service advisor.

I leased a new Pacifica Limited S in 2018 and when the lease expired after three years I bought it and drove it for three more years. I liked it so much that I just leased a new 2025 that is very similar to the 2018. The 2018 was extremely dependable and served us well for transporting my boys (grandsons), other family and friends, kayaks, bikes, skis, and numerous trips to Goodwill Industries. It never needed any significant mechanical repairs and it never left us at the side of the road in the nearly 90,000 miles we had it.

Bought the 2021 EX-L model end of 2023 with 21,000 miles. I test drive the Sienna and was very disappointed in every aspect which led me to the Oddessy which I had not previously considered. One test drive and I was sold. The amount of space for my three kids to sit comfortably, the ample trunk space, the magic slide seats, automatic sliding doors & heated seats with a sunroof are among my favorite things about this minivan. It's fun to drive and has plenty of power with its 280hp. As long as you have proper snow tires in snowy conditions, this FWD minivan will do just fine. I had no issues in squalls and other winter conditions. I took my snow tires off prematurely and got caught in a winter storm and hit a guard rail and my whole family was safe and sound with no injuries. It has since been repaired back to its original condition. Keep your winter tires on til late Spring to be safe. I will absolutely drive this thing til the wheels fall off and then I'll buy another. Thank you Honda for keeping the Oddessy in your lineup! I hope it never goes away.

We owned a 2019 Pacifica and traded it (with only 51,000 miles) for a 2023 Pacifica Pinnacle. We traded early because we didn't want a hybrid, yet. This one is Red and gasoline...beautiful. Having a wonderful time, enjoying all its luxuries.

Bought a Lexus ES 350 40k miles, four years ago. Great buying experience. No hassle. Got me in and out with financing. The paint job, front bumper went south on me about 6 weeks in. Not carmax's fault. Lexus had a problem with paint on that year make and model. Purchased a warranty. Best decision made in a long time. Very reliable car, extremely reliable warranty. During the last six years, the warranty has paid for about 7k in repairs.

Exceptional customer service! I bought a truck the middle of this year and picked it up in the rain. When it finally dried out I noticed a cloudiness to the paint on what area. A few weeks ago I decided to have it looked at finally. I discovered a fairly significant issue with the paint when I took it to my detailer and then a paint guy. I emailed them clearly not expecting much to happen as it had been 6 months and they had no obligation to do anything about it. I was shocked when Tyler from their service department called me the next day to schedule a time for me to bring my truck in so they could fix the issue by re-paining the area at no charge. I showed up on my appointment day and he had a loaner car ready and I was in an out with no questions asked. He said they would get right on it, but to give them a few days to get it fixed. They called the next day for me to pick it up and it looked showroom new. It even had a full tank of gas and considering I have a 30 gallon tank that is extremely generous. So many things they did that they didn't have to do, were under no obligation to do, but did so anyway. Truly the best customer service I have ever experienced.

Awesome vehicle. Runs and rides great. So far in the first 2,000 miles we have been averaging 26 miles per gallon. I would purchase another one with no question.

Bought in 2016 with 6000 miles. Not the quietest ride but currently at 125,000 miles and no major issues yet. Only problem was original set of rear tires wore out on the inside edge. The tire shop said Kia had that problem from the factory and he installed a shim kit to make the alignment correct. No problem with that issue since. Mileage is good for a large minivan. At 70 to 80 MPH I get 26 mpg average depending on which state I am buying fuel in. I love being able to switch from Automatic transmition to a manual transmission when going down steep mountain grades. I am actually shopping for a used Kia 2017 to 2020 right now with low miles to replace this one.
